Terrible service. I waited ten minutes with two people before me, for nothing. I only had two iced drinks, not difficult. Disgusting service, the lady making drinks wasn’t even doing anything, and was working so slow. They didn’t give me a refund because I didn’t have a receipt and made me go to customer service where there were no employees. It’d take less time to go drive to another Starbucks than to wait for slow, stuck-up employees to do what they’re paid to do. I wasted $10 for nothing but a frustrated morning.
You'd be 5 stars if you were ever available for delivery. There is no way you are that busy from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm. The employees clearly just don't want extra work so they keep the ubereats not available on. Wonder if corporate knows that. I'm disabled. If I could drive to get it myself I would.

I NEVER go to Starbucks. Never ever after a former CEO said he didn't want my business. Why did this come up as visited?
So I went and stood right in front of the counter and nobody says anything. No we'll be right with you or nothing. Then they said they don't have any pumpkin cream so I change my order then they said their machine is down. Do you just not wanna serve me or whats the issue? So I asked are they closing soon or something cause keep in mind it's only 3 pm. I just ended up going to McDonald's like why are yall even open if you have nothing?
Tasty coffee
This place is every bit as good as the reports I got on it. Fantastic pastries and crepes! The coffee menu is so appealing with their different options that you want to sit and try them all day.

Kudos to the hardworking crew at this fine location. We especially like that they save coffee grounds for our gardens.Not all Starbucks will do this willingly.The manager and staff are above and beyond in manners and politeness as well.We will continue to patronize them and hope the Google readers will too.Not all Kroger stores have well- run units.
