I told the barista the way I wanted my drink as I told her she wrote down her own details I got my drink the wrong way she gave me classic syrup and I asked for vanilla I paid extra for the extra scoops of matcha as well and didn’t receive it I’m allergic to the classic syrup that is why I asked for vanilla syrup and she didn’t care she gave me attitude as well terrible service drink was terrible it taste like sweet milk never again

do not buy anything here at this Starbucks!!! they have tampered with several peoples drinks just because they're views aren't the same!!! its a good way to kill someone with allergies!!! they haven't been fired or reprimanded either for there actions!!!
Barista complained to her coworker about how much she hated making my drink while she was handing the drink to me.
They wouldn't give me points on my app. Their pc system wasn't upgraded yet. (bad franchise ownership). I had to ask for a straw. "straws are given out only on request now". And honestly, my pumpkin spice cold brew didn't taste good.Starbucks is making it difficult for me to want to do business with them. In this environment of business competition there will be better competitors.
