They keep getting better, the cupcakes were most this time and good flavor. I wish they had Carmel on a regular or Snickers. Most of what they had were strawberry or coconut or had peanut butter, I'm not a fan of any of those.
I ordered 3 dozen cupcakes to take to my daughter’s school for her 10 th birthday. I placed the order on Saturday to have ready for that coming Monday. The shop opens at 12 pm, but I needed the cupcakes by 10 am to bring to the school in time for lunchtime. The manager I spoke to said she would definitely be able to make it work. I was so thankful for the accommodation.My husband went to the shop on Monday at 10 am as promised but the person working had no idea about the special order. She said she didn’t take the order so she had no idea what happened.I even went to the shop a few days before ordering to buy cupcakes for my daughter to taste before ordering and let her pick her own flavors for her friends.How could they completely forget about the order? They even reassured me they would have it ready by 10 am??The person kept saying she didn’t take the order so she wasn’t sure what happened. She said she would call her head baker and see what she can do. Then she called me back a few minutes later saying she found my order form on the back counter misplaced. She said she could not make the cupcakes in time for me to take.I understand that mistakes happen and I understand that making cupcakes takes time so she wasn’t able to make them for me in the timeframe needed. What i feel is unacceptable and just flat out irresponsible is that no one from management called me back to apologize for the mistake (as was promised by the person I spoke to) or try to help me find a resolution. It shows they really don’t care about the customers. Basically saying “oops we forgot. Oh well what can we do”I had to search all over town trying to find a bakery that was actually opened and had enough cupcakes available. I ended up being late bringing the cupcakes to my daughter’s school. They barely had time to eat them and had to be rushed. Not to mention the stress of driving around frantic trying to fix the situation.If you are ordering for a special occasion I suggest going elsewhere as this place is unreliable.
I came here when they first opened and have been back many times since. Today I went to get a dozen cupcakes and for some reason they do seem smaller than they used to be. They still taste good they are just smaller in terms of the actual cake part. It was even more noticeable since the cupcake wrapper appeared to drown the cupcake and even some of the icing.
Literally the best cupcakes. And the ice cream is amazing. I just drove 45 minutes to get treats for my son's 8th birthday. It was well worth it.
They are over an hour late to our conference. We called and was told that they are still baking the cupcakes. We placed the order on Thursday. This is NOT ok!!! Writing this in real time. Delivery time was 11:30am..it is now 12:38pm.
The WORST Smallcakes franchise ever! When I came in there were teenagers eating lunch and apparently running the shop I had to wait 30mins for them to put the frosting on the cupcakes! Teenagers did not look professional and I’m not even sure they wore gloves while they were handling the cupcakes! I will not be back! A waste of $40 bucks!
Best cupcakes money can buy and the owner was amazing. If your a fan of cupcakes and ice cream then this is the place you need to go.
That new oatmeal cream pie cupcake smacks! It's all I get at my favorite cupcakery now.
Absolutely love all the different flavors!!! It’s also fun to have conversations with the staff! I love taking my grandma here and treating her!!
