5/13/22I ate here for the first time yesterday and it's safe to say it will not be my last. I ordered the Chicago deep dish pizza with a caesar salad(best caesar dressing ever) the pizza was absolutely delicious! The crust was crispy,the sauce was so flavorful and that mozzarella cheese was spot on! I also ordered my wife a Italian beef sandwich with a side house salad that had the sweet vinaigrette dressing that she said should be sold by the gallon! The overall quality of food was outstanding and i definitely recommend it. And as far as all the negative reviews i read prior to writing this one goes i couldn't disagree with them anymore than i do!
We frequently order the deep dish Chicago style from this location and normally is good. The last two times we ordered we noticed the deep is 90% dough and 5% sauce and 5% Cheese. I know everything is more expense these days, but this pizza is not cheap so please make it right! Advise your kitchen staff that this is not how a Chicago deep dish is supposed to be( see photo of 90% dough) It should be at minimum 75% cheese. We like the restaurant and feel it typically has VERY good food, but the Deep dish must be fixed.
Went there today for my 75th birthday on a recommendation from a friend. Their Chicago style thin crust pizza and Italian beef sandwiches are a real treat for a former Chicagoan. Even though I live 25 miles away I expect to go back frequently for these treats. I highly recommend their food especially for Chicagoans looking for real Chicago thin crust pizzas and Italian beef sandwiches.
I will never order food from hear again. I placed a DoorDash order, as I was too lazy to go get it, and after an hour and a half of waiting with the driver being there for over 45 minutes they just canceled my order. I tried to call in to see what was going on and can’t get through. I tried twice and was hung up on both times. This is completely unacceptable for a restaurant to do this with out any explanation. I get being overwhelmed and busy but after that kind of wait this shouldn’t have happened.
These guys were one of my favorites in the Chicago area, and I'm very happy they opened a location here. So happy to have a taste of home, especially their thin crust pizza. Dont get me wrong, the deep dish is very good, but the thin crust is excellent! In an area dominated with NY style pizza places, its so great to have an real Chicago joint here!
Rosatis has cover bands just about every Friday and Saturday! The bands so far have been awesome we have probably seen 8 different bands. The pizza and the chop salad are awesome
Went for the show Cash and Waylon. Cash was great, Waylon ok. You should get Hokey Sloan for a Waylon show. The table we had was not the best but we had fun. The pizza, deep dish Chicago was outstanding. We will return. Thanks!

Pizza was great, But my Cheef was a bit disappointing. The garlic bread just didn't taste like I remembered it back in Chicago. But the beef was very good.
I am fan of Chicago Style pizza and had their best pizza when there. I tried Chicago Style pizza here as well, of course it’s not as good as one of the best in Chicago, but still a fair knockoff. Kids also were ok with the meals. Overall not a bad experience.
