I wanted Pho and I got it. It was decent and just what I needed that day soup-wise. The shrimp spring roll was not good at all, shrimp was good but vermicelli inside was not fresh and neither was the rice paper outside. Service was ok, but a little slow for it being a slow lunch scene. I would recommend the Pho here and may return just for that as a take out option.
It's a lovely place, clean, nice setup, and ambiance. They also have this cool robot delivering your food which makes it a cool experience. Service is good and reasonably fast, portions are good so is the price. My dish, shaky beef, had good flavor, but it was overcooked with a few dry bites.
Nice serving... Gud staff.. Healthy and tastyfood... Specially fried noodles with chicken and vegie.. And chicken noodle pho
Delicious and good service
I do not normally write reviews but want to provide my honest opinion. I at at this location a few months before (summer 2020) and had their salmon that was undercooked and there was hair in my food. I believe that was my first warning but I decided to give this restaurant another try yesterday. Since consuming their food yesterday, I have had non-stop diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. I had the Tofu Pho and just biting into the Tofu it was horrible. The food here is not good. This is just my experience and just wanted to provide my honest opinion.
Even when busy and what would seem like under staffed this place turns out fresh hot food pretty fast.Also they have alot of options for different palates. There is something good for everyone.
The food was good but the service was sub par. We had to get our own drinks and our waitress was in the kitchen eating and drinking. They didn't seem to care that we didn't have anything to drink. The restrooms were disgusting and the restaurant needs a good scrubbing of the tile and baseboards. Not the best Pho and next time we will drive to Gwinnett County.
Don’t order well done meat & actually expect to get it prepared correctly. The first time I ordered the shaking beef I ordered it well done and it was literally still bloody & pretty much mooing at me. I called them and they gave me a credit (that’s another long story. It took multiple phone calls for them to actually resolve the issue. They kept saying they would call me back and of course never did.) I placed an order today utilizing my credit and stressed to them that this was a replacement order and to please, please be sure the beef was WELL DONE. When I got there to pick it up they acted as if they had no idea that I was using a credit, even though I was told upon placing the order that everything was all set. Their internal communication needs some serious work.As if that wasn’t frustrating enough, here I am, again with beef that is no where near well done! It’s literally Bloody again! I’m not even going to bother with calling them again, i’ll just chalk it up to a $19 loss. It’s very frustrating because from what I’ve been able to actually eat (rice) it seems like it would’ve been pretty good. See picture for what’s supposed to be “well done”. I get that mistakes can happen but for this to be the second time, the fact that I stressed to them what happened last time, and I asked them to be sure it was well done, it’s unacceptable. Not worth it.
First of all, the servers are doing good job to help us. The restaurant setup looks great. But the foods we ordered are really terrible. First , I ordered Shaking beef for the kid, the beef is over cooked ,toooo chewy, it is hard to chew and swallow, my kid couldn’t eat any one piece of them, I tried one piece and found out why he only ate rice mixed with sauce. At the same time I am struggling with the beef in my order of pho , the same it is too chewy too, the beef in the pho are already cut as slices but still too chewy and tastes like made of plastic . I didn’t take the picture of that beef from the pho because it looks gross. Usually I always order chicken or shrimp instead of beef if I try some new restaurants because chicken and shrimp are less likely to be ruined. But I tried oxtail as recommended by the server , and the tails itself is not bad .
A great place for lunch. Love the atmosphere. The staff is great. The was delicious. Will definitely be going again.
