Very good food taste was very authentic.. went with family and friends.. everyone enjoyed including the kids

Definite Mexican flair in this restaurant. If you look around and see our brothers from the south eating here, you can guess , it will probably be good,and it was. Had the burrito Mexicano, and it was good. Just note, it's just a burrito. It doesn't come with beans or rice.
Our large family have been coming here for many years. Our food has always been great, the staff are amazing no matter who, and a great family environment.
Wife and I love Pueblo, when we first moved out here years ago it was our go to place. The menu has changed over time and that's where one star got lost, the current menu feels more catered to Americianized foods than texmex.
Amazing service (we ran out of chips for like 10 seconds and more just appeared), decent food (I didn't love mine, but it was good enough for me to come back and try something else), fantastic environment (minus having Fox news on ?).

Came here for lunch 2 days in a row and I was happy about the consistency and quality of the meal. I’m vegan, and there’s even food for me. I got vegetarian fajitas and they were great. Really good portions and you will leave filled. Both the chips and salsa are tasty, unlike a lot of Mexican restaurants. We had 6 people in our party, and the staff iwas very attentive, helpful, and mindful of the menu. One thing that I noticed when I walked in is that everything looked and ran very organized. Would definitely come here again.
Stolen valor! I have posted on my personal page as well as yelp and now your personal page. I think it is an absolute disgrace that the waiter Gabriel told three servicemen today that lunch was on the restaurant when in fact I picked up the tab. It was only until I walked outside to shake hands and thank the three servicemen for their service that lunch today on me was the least I could do. The service man explained that the restaurant waiter Gabriel indicated the meal was on the restaurant. That is an absolute lie and you all should be ashamed of yourself.
The food was pretty good. I wish that they didn't use so much cilantro in their salsa. Wasn't the greatest service. However, they were pretty busy that night. Overall pretty good.
