Worst Popeyes location ever in regards to service. Incompetent workers like this want raises? Hilarious. You can tell how bad this place is with all the one star reviews. 30+ minute wait and they lose orders? Cool. The workers literally do not care at all, but it’s whatever. So many mad customers here and management won’t do anything cause they probably are incompetent as well.
I gave em one more chance…. I have consistently experienced poor customer service at every Popeyes I’ve been to in the past five years or so, but I’m pretty sure that I just experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever had at any Popeyes, and maybe any fast food restaurant.Against my better judgement I passed the Taco Bell next door because their drive through line was around the building and out into the street. There was literally no one in the Popeyes drive through, so I figured it would be faster…. I was wrong. I ordered two shrimp tackle boxes. I wasn’t given a total, but asked to drive around. An amount was murmured to me but I didn’t catch it. I figured I’d see what I spent on my receipt. At the point that my card was handed back to me I was asked to pull up to the garbage can ahead of me. I should note that there was no one behind me, nor through my entire experience did anyone else come through the drive through.I agreed to pull forward without telling the lady “helping” me my drink order. I didn’t realize that until I had already pulled forward. Ten minutes later (with no one coming through the drive through) the employee brought my food out. When I ask about drinks, she said they weren’t included as she turned around and headed back to the building.I inspected my order to find no cocktail sauce. I like cocktail sauce with my shrimp. Since there wasn’t a vehicle behind me, I put mine in reverse and went back to the window to ask for cocktail sauce. I waited for a minute or so and never saw any employee through the window.I drove around the building through the drive through again. I asked if they had any cocktail sauce, (the menu board indicated that they did) and I was told no.I drove away frustrated and realized half way home that I never received a receipt…This is my last attempt at giving Popeyes the opportunity to let me down. I will not return, but I will tell this story when the franchise comes up in conversation.
I went there to get dinner for my husband. I went to the drive through. The girl told me that there was one person ahead of me and I said okay even though there wasn't another car in the drive thru. 12 minutes later, I'm still waiting. No one was inside other than workers. Another car pulls up and parks. Driver goes inside to place his order. Less than 5 minutes later he's walking I out the door with food in hand and not only did I not have mine yet, but no one came out to my car to say anything. I went inside to cancel my order and the girl inside looked at me like I was crazy. I was very nice at first saying I wanted to cancel my order until she asked me why. I broke it down explaining the whole scenario. She sucked her teeth and gave me attitude. A manager came out asking what was wrong. I went through the whole explanation again. He apologized and I thanked him for that and told him that the girl should have apologized but she never did. I got my money back and left. This was a pretty new Popeye's but I'll never go there again.
Quite impressed. The drive through is faster than inside. However, the inside is spotless. The attendants are cordial and patient with order changes. Food is awesome. Proportions are good, especially the drinks. Would definitely recommend if your bored with Chick-fil-A
Rarely serving food. Great chicken. Employees hide from customers Leaves drive thru light on but will not answer the phone or ordering speaker
This chain is awful. I don’t see why this company still exists. The worst customer service. I ordered tenders family meal and additional items. They gave regular chicken and missing sides. You go back and explain, but they say it’s your fault because that’s what they heard you ordered. Unfortunately they didn’t include a receipt that they said they’ll put in the bag. Both locations in the area are equally bad. Time to go back to KFC.
I was told they are not doing drive thru only inside orders and I had to stand and wait 40 minutes before some came to take my order I really liked Popeyes but I will never come here here and then when she took my order she the worst attitude yall got to do better than this.
This place is awful stay away. I used the online app to order my meals. I ordered 2 meals both Dark spicy with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I got white meat with 10 French fries. I then asked for 2 small drinks The total was $5.11 which I feel is a little pricey being that you can go to McDonald's and get a large for a Dollar. I gave the cashier $6 received no change. She then gave me 2 large cokes and said I can't open the register to give you your Change. I didn't order Coke I wanted to make my own drink. At this point I was done and just left the restaurant
I have been to Popeyes at this location a few times in the last month. Today was very good and the order correct. Other times, the chicken is overcooked or items left off the order.
First of all one person in line at the drive through. Took a minute for someone to come take our order. Like most Popeyes they lack customer service. The pandemic has not helped this food chain out not even a little?. These types of things happened even before the pandemic!! No wings. No coke. No honey. No spicy. No breast. No hot sauce! Ordered food and after paying they said no mild breast!? What!? You just checked and said you had them?. Most companies are lacking people these days. Logistics getting supplies are tough. The only thing you can salvage in a corporation is great customer service. I tend to overlook the food when I have great service!! Never be here again. Dirty floor and tables!! Sitting in the lobby and looking over my review I started to realize this culture has been transferred from location to location! Workers tend to not care if management doesn’t care. Get these people some help!
