Have gotten take out twice, and both times I got my favorite calzone, was not disappointed, and I'm so glad to have found this place, total recommendation, be prepared they get slammed on weekends, but they know how to handle it
Ordered delivery to NoFo Brewery tonight. We asked to make sure they included utensils and dressing. No utensils in order and a salad was one of the items. Not eating a salad with bare hands. The steak and cheese wrap is supposed to be extra steak and cheese. I highly doubt qt least extra steak was there. I got charged but doubt I got it. This place is just not as good as it used to be. Half salad came in a tiny box. Probably more like a quarter salad. Didn’t order a pizza tonight but I chooose not to because it is consistently floppy.
Just to preface I don’t usually give bad reviews unless it was called for. Been here 3 times. First time it was just “OK” and I would give it 3 stars but would come again to give them another chance.2nd time coming I went with my son and it took 1hr to get the pizza because they messed up and forgot to put the order in they said. They had about 4 people standing around because it was so slow and somehow still forgot to put my order in and messed up. Told myself I would not come back here because their service was horrible and pizza took forever.3rd time coming was on Father’s Day and wanted to give them a last chance after saying I wouldn’t come again. They had 4 people standing at the front doing nothing. I did get seated after 2 minutes and was told someone would come to take our order shortly. I watched the same 4 people just talk, be on their phones and mess around. Took 10 minutes for them to take a break from messing around at work and then someone came over to take our order. Saw my waitress 3 times only in an hour and half. 1st time to take our order, 2nd time to give us food and drinks, 3rd time for the check. There was many times we wanted a refill and wanted our check sooner so we could leave but didn’t feel like we should get up to get them.They have a bunch of kids working with no management to manage. If they do have a manger, they don’t ever do their job and the employees always have horrible customer service skills. Would NEVER come back again.
We love their pizza recipe. It's delicious! The only problem is when you go in to eat the resturant is always filthy. The windows, walls and booths are covered in food/germs. Because of the food the flies are terrible. We had to get up and move because 30 flies were by our booth. They need to have a cleaning company come in to do deep cleaning and then keep up on it.
I absolutely love the fact I can enjoy a personal pizza this good with all my food allergy issues. Thank you!

Oopsie! Not the best experience. Was pleased that the pasta Azzurro made it back into the menu and ordered it, with meatballs added, for pickup along with another entree and garlic rolls. Was told 30 minutes. So far, so good. Arrived at the 30 minute mark and paid for the order; got the salads and entrees but was told the rolls would be a few minutes. True to form, 10 minutes later and the rolls were out, in my hands, and on the way home. Opened the pasta and found no meatballs. Oops. Called back and reported same. No apologies given, simply the order with the missing item retaken and told it would be there in "a little bit." 50 minutes later it shows up at my door, cold, with an apology from the driver that it took so long. The second star is because the food is still fairly good when reheated; otherwise, well, let's not continue this further.
I come every Wednesday with my kids after their gymnastics class. Whenever my son sees Emily, Lauren, or Madison he gets so excited. The food here is good, but no one treats my kids as good as they do- so we keep coming back!
This is the second visit. First time it was great. That’s why we went back. This time the salad and Coke were good but the pizza was awful. It was cooked but it came out and wasn’t warm. The crust was mushy like it was reheated in a microwave. We won’t be back. I take back all of the bragging I did about this place.
We ordered delivery on a Saturday night and were quoted 45 minutes. Food arrived only 20 minutes later, hot and delicious. Some of the best pizza in the area!
