The food is good, the staff was rude to me after I asked why my food was taking so long. It took 30 minutes to get me and my wife’s gyro order in that time 2 people came in with single orders and got there food in no more than 5 minutes. After an exchange with the manager where I expressed frustration about how long it took to get our food and how I was also annoyed that she couldn’t find it within herself to even apologize. She than apologized as I was getting my infant son in the car she came up to my wife and gave her piece of cheesecake, which is why I’ve given the additional star.

Be prepared to wait. Ordered at the contactless kiosk and waited around for the better part of a half hour. Staff seemed more interested in socializing and talking to friends that came in than working. Ordered the shawarma bowl which was described as a "seasoned rice bowl" what I got was a bowl of partially burned unseasoned rice covered by bland tasteless shawarma. I normally love Mediterranean food but this was absolutely not worth the wait. Mind you I was ravenous by the time I got my food and would have eaten just about anything. This was just plain not good. Won't be going back.

I find myself wanting to go to Pita quite often. Everytime we go service is always great and fast. My son also prefers to go to Pita over a lot of other restaurants over there. ?

Like others have said, the service here has gotten horrible. The last 3 trips, and this one will be my last, we had to wait 20-30 minutes for two bowls, which took 90 seconds to assemble. Much of the time we were there he staff were just standing around talking or in the back room. Two of this staff were the owner and his wife. I know this because we have eaten there once or twice a month since Covid began. The place was never too crowded and the food was fresh and fast. Today was the last straw. We were the only two people in the store. We should have been served within 5 minutes of ordering (which used to be the case). Maybe this explains why, when we left at lunchtime on a Friday, they were still empty. I will miss the food, but the service is unacceptable.

The food here is delicious every single time I visit! However, speed and customer service are severely lacking. On multiple occasions I’ve had to wait 30 minutes for 2 gyros when the restaurant was not busy. I’ve had issues with people coming after me getting their food first. Call in orders can be difficult as the person on the other end of the phone does not communicate when food will be ready or confirm your order.I’ll continue to go here as it’s close to the house and the good food is worth the frustration with the staff. Would give a 5 star review if they just made an attempt at customer service.

Well maintained for Dine in. Hygiene and open kitchen. Everything is freshly made.

Although through miscommunication/maybe my misunderstanding I waited 30 mins at the window after paying at the window and receiving my drink, for my food. I eventually went inside and let someone know (after calling a couple times with no answer) and the young man found my order sitting there waiting. He seemed genuinely apologetic and offered to make me a new sandwich if that one was cold. I declined his offer and ate it, it was still very warm and delicious. I would return to this location as they helped make my experience better.

I had been craving a gyro for a while and found this place. We ordered online which was easier then some places so that's a brownie point. The gyro was delicious. My s/o got the chicken shawarma, also yummy. I don't normally get a dessert especially to go but wanted to try the baklava cheesecake. It was ok, the topping and cheesecake separated but the flavor was good. I would definitely go back.

I love the Garlic spread but over time the amount they are putting in the cup for the price you pay is ridiculous!! They don’t even put the olive oil on top! You get the large garlic spread an get a 3rd of the cup filled with it spread up the sides to make it look like more. So I ordered from a different location. What Do you Know! My container is filled to the top with a Generous about of olive oil! Definitely won’t return to this location in till they Stop Being So Greedy with the Garlic Spread!! It’s almost 9 bucks! Give Your Customers What They Pay For!!!

Fantastic. I’ve been looking for a quality Mediterranean restaurant since relocating here from Chicago. I’ve heard that there are places ITP with great food but I’m not driving to Atlanta for that. Baba’s is okay but it takes a while, and I’m more into Lebanese food than Greek. I think this place finally fits the bill.
