This place used to be great but now their service is terrible. Any delivery order takes over an hour and that too delivered well past the delivery estimate. I ordered online and waited for over an hour to learn that they had canceled the order without informing me. Kyle answered my phone and said that he had canceled the order due to lack of drivers. He neither care to let me know that my order is canceled nor to refund my money!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.Would be 0 if there is an option. Don't bother ordering from here. Always late by at least 1 hr. and 30 mins, with rude response if I ask why it is late. I don't have anything against the workers working there, the owners seems to be super greedy in not hiring enough people or not paying enoughBottom line management there is S***T and I will never order from here. Stay away. There is a Pizza hut and Dominos 2 miles from this place, better get from there
I’m not sure what has happened, we used to have no problem with this location but the last 2 times I’ve ordered it has was delivered over an hour past estimated delivery time. On top of scheduling it to be delivered later in the evening. If you are going to take a specific scheduled time you should definitely live up to that or tell me that it can’t be delivered at that time. Sad to say I think we will not be using them anymore.
They are absolutely terrible. We had hungry kids and they said a few minutes on the delivery. I called them after an hour and they said they use door dash and it’s 60-80 min. They need to tell people when they call that it’ll be 80 min instead of saying a few minutes. I would’ve never ordered. The pizza was cold and tasted awful. I will never order from them again
This place is not customer focused at all! They took my order. Said they will deliver the pizza in27-37 minutes and the dinner never showed up!! I had guests waiting for and hour and left without dinner!! Totally useless team that is running it currently! Management needs to change!
I ordered a large pizza with no sauce. The pizza was badly burned, and the cheese did not even cover the whole pizza, the way is supposed to be. The pizza tasted like cardboard. Worst pizza I ever had. I would not recommend this place.
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION......Terrible wait times. Preordered a pizza call after time scheduled delivery time, told pizza was ready, but it would be 30 more minutes before they could get it delivered. So...we picked up instead.
Outrageous wait times. No estimated wait on the website either, so no way we could have known. Ordered a medium pizza and cheese sticks, wait time was 67 to 77 minutes on a weekday night! Unbelievable. When I called to cancel the order the lady who answered didn't seem apologetic or sincere. Don't waste your time. Best bet is to try one of the other multiple local pizza places.
You know what? I left a bad review. But really the people that own the business need to start paying more. Papa Johns Employees go on strike. Screw getting paid 1 dollar an hour. It’s time for boomers to retire and stop making decisions.
