Called and placed an order at 10:45pm. The guy on the phone was OVERLY nice. At the time, I responded with kindness because I thought he was super nice….then I got an email with a “Track your order!” And it showed order was canceled. Never showed up. Has COVID bread this new generation to operate like the Idiocracy? Unreal.
I have ordered the pizza, garlic bread and wings. But wings were missed when delivery man came to my house. I called Papa John's Pizza and explained that wings were missed. They told me that it's too late to deliver and free wings will be credited to my next order
2 hours to get 2 pizzas delivered and they tasted awful.

Ordered pizza last time. Language barrier on the phone. The guy went to the wrong place. They have been here many times. The lady updated my address wrong. He was very late. And now I tried to order. And language barrier. No one wants to order a pizza if they have to repeat and a clear language barrier. We shouldn’t have to dissect and figure out what someone is saying on the phone. After all. English is our first language. It’s a heavy accent / dialect. And your customers shouldn’t have to deal with it. Gave the business to someone who I understand. Thanks!
One of the worst customer service it took them more then 1 hour and 30 min to deliver pizza it qaz super cold and when i called and said ur pizza was super cold also not cooked and this happend 4th time so employee got super mad and she said ma'am if we are this slow and you dont like our pizza why do u even oder from here ! And she hangup on me !!!
I hardly ever order from Papa John's. This is one of their better stores. I might be a little prejudiced. I worked there for a little while many years ago. I wanted to redeem a discount and earn some Fetch Rewards too!
this location has some of the human races least impressive people you can think of from forgetting large and small parts of your order to just leaving your order on your doorstep and not telling you because they realized they forgot your order and don't want to deal with it.
