This place sucks. Ordered at kiosk. Got no receipt or confirmation. Asked if my order was in system. Was told no. Ordered at counter. Received two orders and over $40 bill. The food was worse. “Smoked” Turkey was boiled and had globs of bbq sauce drenched on it. Cheese was bland. I’ve had this sandwich a dozen times at other paneras. Always delicious. This one was gross. Had soup in a bread bowl. They never removed the inside of the bread. The soup was all of three bites. I complained and was asked to leave. And threatened with sheriffs because I used foul language to describe the experience. I’m never going back here or any other Panera.
just had the worst food ever, chicken not thoroughly cooked, they were out of pecans and didn't tell us and for me the pecans make the fiji apple chicken salad I repeatedly told the employee we wanted the pick 2 and when we got our food I realized she didn't that right either. of course I wasn't given a receipt either. $45 for 2 people is ridiculous! I should have gone to a real sit down restaurant for that
I like the convenient location but that’s about it. I ordered on Uber Eats but didn’t want to pay extra to have them bring it to me at work so I went to go pick it up. My app said the order was ready at but I got there and my order was not there. I asked them if they were getting it ready. Apparently they hadn’t even seen my order yet and were 20 orders behind. So I did wait a little while but I couldn’t wait forever; I had to get back to work. I never got my food but at least Uber Eats refunded me. Efficiency is not their strong suit and literally every time I go here a billion people seem to be waiting on their food. I understand food service is difficult and places are short staffed but there were plenty of staff there and no one seemed to be getting anything done.
Normally I love Panera’s salads, but this time it was far from edible. There is obviously a quality inspection issue. From my lunch today I found numerous amounts of rotted cabbage in my salad. Not entirely sure if it’s mold or not but it looks absolutely rotten. Not sure if it’s just this location or what but I definitely will not order from this location again.
Is this a prank? I order a bagel toasted with cream cheese, after first giving me the wrong bagel, which is fine mistakes happen. I declined the offer to keep the bagel. She finally gives me the correct bagel and this is how it’s cut. how the hell am i supposed to split this? or even eat it? I would hope these people would learn customer service and how to do their job.
My experience with you was bad, you probably are in charge of this cafe, but you guys need to improve your service and stop being spoil and also do not fight with the customers. The name of the catering agent is Ivana or Irana. So rude and disrespectful.
When I was looking through these reviews I thought there was no way my experience could be the same and that people just hate others near my age but no. Almost all the tables were dirty and the attitude I got from some of the teens was ridiculous. I was talked down to and got an eye roll for asking for a cup so I can get the drink for my order. Also, my salad had a lot of bad lettuce in it and could only eat maybe half. I do feel bad for who I believe is the manager because she is trying her best with a staff that’s mostly rude teens. She also was running around trying to give the best customer service possible.
It’s really a shame how these kids nowadays have no sense of working with the public. Customer service, yeah right! Correct order, you wish. Unfortunately, these bad experiences really make you think twice before craving a cup of soup and a half sandwich. The location is perfect, the menu desirable but the outcome of your order, just a shame.
Horrible management. The place is disgusting. The floors are trashed and the tables are dirty and have been for 45 minutes.. that I know of. I had to clean off my own table.
On 1/30/22 we pulled up to the drive thru and there was a sign posted that the drive thru was closed with instructions to come inside to place the order. We got inside and attempted to order a pick two, soup and sandwich, when the cashier whispered in a low voice that all they had was prepackaged salads! The cashier was wearing earphones and we could hardly hear him. What is going on with this place? Are they going out of business?? We won’t be returning to this location for a very long time, if ever
