Good food. Our waitress was wonderful. We were there well after closing and they did not rush us out. Very nice experience.
Unfortunately, every item that we ordered was not good. There was absolutely no flavor on anything. The Mac and cheese tasted like buttered noodles, the corn on the cob was half cold, half hot; the seafood platter was very blan. The catfish sandwich was very blan; the sampler appetizer was blan as well. Even the kids pizza wasn't good, it was made with very chunky spaghetti sauce. Normally I wouldn't give a review like this, but I have eaten at ocharleys for years, the ones in Gwinnett county and they were always great. Since they have all closed in the recent years, we thought we'd go ahead and go get it since it's been so long. Unfortunately, we probably won't rush over there again. I would like to add though, that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Shocked as I haven’t been here in quite sometime. We weren’t happy with the food at all. The server was fine! She was accommodating and nice, but what has happened to their food? ?
Wasn't to bad. Service was okay food was okay. It was a Sunday so the Sunday crowd was out in full force. Made some time uncomfortable.
Salmon and Peach cobbler tasted great today. The broccoli was nicely seasoned as well. Will eT here again. Keep it up.
I was on hold for over 30 mins for a take out order. So I hung up waited a couple mins to call back with another 10 min hold time. Once I finally spoke to someone I politely told them I was waiting over 30 mins and just would like to place a take out order. The employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. If some has that type of attitude, professionalism, and customer service I don’t trust them to prepare my meal. I am regular here only living 2 mins away but i will never spend my money here again.
We showed up at 4:30 for dinner the parking lot was empty and came in the bar tender was doing it all running the front and she sat us. We ordered our drinks and she said I bring rolls they were as hard as a rock not fresh at all probably left over from lunch we ask for fresh ones she got a little aggravated. She didn't bring our drinks out right at all I understand she was busy but come on. Then only 2 more tables had been seated but our order was in. It took 30 minutes for our food and it was not good at all over cooked we got the potato soap and it was just full of cheese nothing else, turkey club was awful the bread was old and the bacon was not cooked at all. We ask for some condiments and the bar tender/waitress/host was not happy she was just so angry. The restaurant was dirty the walls beside were we were seating were just filthy . I would not recommend eating at this location unless they get some new management and some good employees and they need a new cook. I was really hoping for a good dinner with my kids and parents and it was not a good experience.
The spicy jack cheese wedges, the reason we drive from Lawrenceville to Cumming, have changed recently. Doesn't taste like spicy jack like it has for the past 30 years. the new ones are plain. Not good at all. Very disappointed.
Tried this place out for St Patrick's Day thinking hey, this may be the spot to go. Unfortunately, this is not the case. The atmosphere is like a Denny's with a liquor license. I will say the chicken tenders were reasonably good.
If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. We were told there will be a 30 min wait to be seated. So, we decided we would order our food to go. The manager came to us and said she can find us a seat for 5. The host and waiter argued in front of us that the table is for another party even though the manager found a solution for both parties. The problem was solved but the host and waiter continued to focus on the problem that was already solved. We left. Will never return.
