I am not eating at this McDonald’s ever again due to the attitude from an employee until I receive a sincere apology . Such horrible customer service . I went through the drive through tonight and the short lady, with brown hair to her shoulders , was very rude . She yelled so loud when I mentioned that my caramel frappe is missing . Her attitude was over the top . When I was checking my bag to see if I’ve got everything, I realized she even forgot to give me my straws , she proceeded to yell at me to move from the line . I’ve never been treated with such disrespect getting fast food un till tonight . With the attitude she gave me She obviously hates her job and should not be working there. McDonald’s please work on hiring quality and respectful staff . Chick filla would never treat a customer the way I’ve been treated tonight . I really hope corporate does something about this .

Just called on the phone to ask if they had something. The woman who answered was being insanely short and rude. So I said okay you don’t have it anymore and she goes “ nope “ and then doesn’t even give me a chance to respond back before saying “ thank you “ and hangs up on me. I say there for a minute holding my phone just thinking. Tf?? Rude and disrespectful beyond belief . Need to learn what good customer service looks like. ???? I’ll be danged If i ever spend another cent here. And u shouldnt either.

Got a chicken sandwich today and I think it’s just a chicken leg. Really?

very poor customer service at this location, run by a bunch of 16 year olds who do not even know how to enter a code from mcd rewards, surprisingly even the manager does not, food forget it, you'll get fries either with no salt or with double salt, items are missed in the order every other time, it's time to close this location or change the staf

This location uses the latest technology to take orders but there is little personal service and nobody was cleaning the tables.

I went through the drive-through to get 2 coffees with cream and sugar. I pull over in the parking lot and find out that I've got 2 black coffees, so I go in and they tell me my cream is sugar is on the side so I go back to my car there's no cream cream and sugar. I go to the drive-through and I ask for cream and sugar and the response I got from the manager and the lady with the red short haircut was not nice. For them it was no big deal, but all of that shenanigans made me late for my appointment. Never again.

Every order is spectacularly wrong. Check every single thing. I beg of you.Update, have been back several times and every visit has an error. At this point it has to be on purpose.Update 2 (March 12): went back and drive thru not working, had to go inside. No one in sight at counter...used kiosk. Line develops at counter of other people...someone comes out to check them out faster than my kiosk will operate...which inexplicably errors and cancels my transaction.Update 3 (March 26): provided code ($3 off $10)...total is $18.80...then $3 off...so $15.80. Get to drive thru, $15.59 paid through app...I still owe $3.21. Confused. Register person doesn't know/care despite my explanation.This is getting beyond ridiculous.

Awesome McDonalds workers got there stuff together that must mean have good managers. Keep it up

When one pays full price for a sandwich, one should expect a fresh sandwich. My filet 'o fish sandwich tasted like it was made the day before. How can you screw-up a fish sandwich? If I were dining in, I certainly would have insisted on a new sandwich.

Service leaves a lot to be desired. They replace items without asking, refuse to correct orders and are generally not helpful or friendly.
