I go to this McDonald’s all the time because I live right down the road from it and I have had trouble here and there but nothing major I know things get crazy when you’re dealing with fast food but this morning I went through the drive-through and ordered and when I got to the window to pay the gentleman that read my order off to me I told him it was not correct whatsoever so he called the lady that was taking the orders and she proceeded to come back there and tell me that I had told her something differently when I ordered when I know exactly what I told her and she said no that is not what you told me and continue to argue back-and-forth with me so I just shut up and said OK and then she proceeded to tell me and you told me you had a coupon and I never said any of that to her and I’ve worked in customer service all throughout my life and I’m pretty sure the customers always supposed to be right and you’re not supposed to be rude to them I feel like it was the person behind me‘s order and the cars just got mixed up so I tried to call up there and of course no one will answer the phone so thank you so much to the rude lady that started to try and get my day going bad

As a frequent drive thru customer I Have always been pleased but received the wrong order at breakfast this week and returned today and 1/2 my order was left out and no straws … I turned around and went inside to request the rest of my order and straws and was asked for my receipt which I was never given at the drive thru. After I explained 3 times what was left out of my order to 3 employees and treated like I was making it all up , a 4th employee drops a bag on the counter with my missing food. No I’m sorry or thank u … not a single word was said to me ! I’m all for having fun at work but this crew was laughing and joking and not paying attention at all and could care less about customer service! I’m Completely okay with a mistake but I’m not okay with the way I was treated and how management handled it . So disappointed and won’t be back

After what seems like my hundredth bad experience at this McDonald’s, I’m finally doing a bad review. I always use “Please,Thank you, Yes Ma’am, No Sir” It never fails to still have whatever worker give me attitude or “purposely” forget or mess up and item. No straws is the most common. This was my “McDouble” from today’s visit that finally threw me over the edge. Hopefully the owner/managers see this and have a staff team moral meeting, because whatever is going on currently, IS NOT WORKING.

I would have given two stars because we prepaid for the expresso's through the McDonald's app and they didn't have them so they gave us a chicken sandwich. Be careful about paying through the McDonald's app because frequently the franchises don't post to the app things that are temporarily unavailable

After a nice hike with my daughter, we had a quick McDonald's breakfast. Enjoyed the nice time with my daughter

The employees at the McDonald’s on Exit 17 are rude, and immature. Also, they don’t seem to have the same menu items that all the other ones have or they are just too lazy to make the items ordered.

This is the best McDonald's around this area that I've been to. Very polite, it is a busy one but it's worth it.

What's not to love about McDonald's? This location is one of the best, fast and friendly service. Never get anything wrong and exceptionally clean. Been coming to this location fir 20 years.

It seems that in the last few weeks all employees have gotten 3 times nicer. Especially in the drive-thru line. I like it when they are extra polite.

ordered two happy meals asked for sauce got none, lady working had a terrible attitude and they got everything all kinds of wrong.
