TERRIBLE SERVICE. Placed a mobile order and pulled into pickup order spot #2. The sign says they will bring it out in usually 5 minutes. After 20 minutes I went in to check on it. It was sitting in a marked bag on the back counter. There’s a guy in there looking lost and I ask the manager about my order ( hotcakes and a hash brown), she hands it to me and I ask how long it’s been sitting here and if they’re bringing the orders out to cars or not, she rolls her eyes and walks away.
I’ve only been able to get breakfast 4 or 5 out of 10 times I’ve been to this location.. It supposed to open at 5:30 .. sometimes is not even open till 6 … and if it’s open most employees come with a bad attitude.. they don’t reply or talk UNTILL you say something to them like hello. There system is always down too. Or that is there morning excuse!! Only when a manager is present than they’ll do there job!!! This crue needs some serious professional training ?!! This morning they had a line of vehicles close to 6pm for no reason !! They were taking long just to say there system was off!! And I was late to work on an empty stomach !! Please supervisors take a closer look!!
Sometimes the food is hot sometimes the food is cold you have a 50-50 chance Mexican crew seems to give us the best food
I was at this location today Sunday at 12:30 and unfortunately I can't say anything else than I'm not happy with their customer service. First the cashier did not care at allto tell the server about my coffee and after I paid $9.00 for 10 chicken nuggets that was terrible taste and hard to bite and I returned they didn't care about replacing ?
We love Ms. Renee! She is always so sweet and welcomes us with a smile. She always takes extra time to make our son feel special. Thank you for making our trips to McDonalds such a joy with your caring personality. ❤️ I noticed several other customers really enjoy chatting with her also.
I haven’t been to this location in a while, after tonight Again bad experience at drive through. I had such a simple order and it wasn’t right. Please pay attention and listen to what customer order.
They had a full staff but no one was paying attention to the drive thru. We kept waiting for the order while the staff just talked amongst themselves.McDonalds should learn from Chic fila. 5 minute wait for a food order per car at the second window is way too long.
It was ok, they called me and said I needed to get a milkshake. That or I dreamed it... Not sure. LolI love their milkshakes
The kid appointed at drive through here is irresponsible and did not take our order for 10 mins making us wait saying 1 sec etc and not responding. Bad customer experience. After waiting for a while as we drove away see the young man on the phone texting away instead of helping customers
Meh. I've come here multiple times staff are less than I'd say nice. Today I buy a breakfast meal. With a hot mocha. Get home to find that my hashbrown isn't in my meal. Came back told the lady she said "what do you need".... Well first off I said" my hashbrown. That you forgot." she gave me it in another bag. No apology. No ill replace your cold food. Nothing. Come on gotta have better Customer service especially when it's your mess up. I will be avoiding this location.Thanks.
