This store needs help with training of employees. My first experience at this store, but will never return. The person taking my order was very new, which is ok. He was trying. He got at least 3 orders wrong in the 30 minutes I was there, but he was new and that is understandable. However the store manager Christy, is absolutely awful and a total disgrace to her employer. I was charged 2 twice for my meal. Not only twice, but 2 different amounts. It was all printed on my receipt. Two amounts, two transactions, 2 approval codes, all printed right there in the receipt. I brought this to the attention of the very inexperienced front counter employee and he got the manager. She was dumbfounded by the receipt as well. She then called manager Christy. Christy was not in the store so they spoke on the phone. I was then told I could come back next week for a refund. Not being in this area often, I explained that and the employee called manager Christy on speakerphone. Christy said it was not possible to have 2 totals and 2 transaction numbers and 2 approvals on the same receipt. Which is incorrect as me and their employee were holding identical receipts with just that on them. I asked Christy for a managers name and phone number and was told that was not public information. I explained to Christy that I have actually worked at McDonald’s for many years in the past and that information was not private. Christy then yelled through the speakerphone that if I had enough money to travel through the area I “had enough money to waste $15 at McDonald’s” and she hung up. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I was completely shocked by Christy and her horrible behavior. It was a simple glitch in the system, but she turned it into a personal attack and would not even have a civil conversation. I know everyone likes to talk about the customers now days, but sometimes it’s the employees being the “Karens”. Know if you go to this McDonald’s, your money is ok to be taken because you have enough to throw away apparently.
Excellent service- always! We usually get coffee, tea, chicken biscuit and Mc Griddle. Best Mc D’s in town!
Slowest, most poorly rand McDonalds of all time. Stop your search for incredibly the worst. It’s right here. So many people back there and it takes so long for anyone to do anything. It’s really quite fascinating. As I’m typing this, the lady just mocked a guy bc he’s tired of waiting for fries! The whole line couldn’t believe it.

The one star is for the fact that McDonald's , and our parents taking us there as kids, ruined us into thinking it was the BEST PLACE EVER( for a cheap toy I threw down in 2 minutes). I ONLY COME HERE TO GET A TEA FOR A DOLLAR and now that they changed the cups..?. That even sticks also!
We like the thin crust pizza but the pricing has gotten too high especially for a soft drink.
The only McDonald’s I know of tonight offer free Wi-Fi. Get it together now come on.
The staff were rude. They look like it is family owned so complaining to a manager is worthless. They have the attitude like u got a problem then thats your problem. Just go through the drive thru.
I would have given 0 if I could do that. Ordered 5 spicy mc chicken and 2 mocha frappe but they have given only 1 sandwich which I haven't ordered. When asked about that a female over there was very rude and said "better order properly for the next time". I'm sure that i have ordered correctly and Even if the customers are wrong this is not the proper way to answer.
