Tried to order something from Breakfast menu at 10 :35 ,no go!No one speaks good English , smaller portions, higher prices, only car in line? took 8 minutes to get small fry?Why waiting I watch a Hispanic women scratch her are pit and adjust her Bra and with the same hand ,gave me my drink order, this is unhealthy exposure to other peoples bad habits.Not worth waiting 6 minutes for fry.
I thoroughly understand the level of difficulty in managing a fast food restaurant... MOST of the struggle is in personnel & their discipline to show up; then to work adequately when they do. Difficult or not, the job MUST go on... Specifically, I've noticed the hours of operation are meaningless at McDonald's these days... I'm a early riser, & I depend on businesses that open at 5am. Covid, notwithstanding, has augmented hours of operation across MANY businesses... But that should not mean that you get to play it be ear on a day to day basis on when you decide to open your doors for business... If you must differ your hours, it should at least be scheduled, planned, & published, then adhered to....Having said that, many McDonald's are having an issue opening before 6:30am (as opposed to 5am)...that gives me the impression that this is much more than just a management issue...
This is the most okayest McDonalds. The food is never terrible but it usually isn’t great. Out of the 20 times I’ve been to this location, my fries have only been good once. My biggest gripe with this place is that they run out of things that other locations can get. For instance, they were out of mango smoothie for weeks while I could drive to the next closest McD and get one.You cannot consistently get ice cream here. Their machine is either down or they are completely out. Similar story for smoothies. Just really disappointing.
They’ve been cash only in the morning for about a week now. Either this is a method to wean down customers because they are short staffed, or they are too incompetent to fix the problem. Either way, it is very inconveniencing, especially given that many people don’t always have cash.
I normally generally overall have a great experience at this particular McDonald's but was told I could not place my lunch order because it was exactly 1 minute before 11 and will have to wait so I had to go to the back of the line to wait to place my order in which case I had to wait 10 minutes for a double cheeseburger. I totally understand if I came there at 10:30 but at 10:59 one minute before lunch I've never had that problem at any other McDonald's
Every time I’ve gone to this McDonald’s my order has been entirely wrong. Ordered a McGriddle WITH bacon. This is what I got. Two cold griddle buns and half a Piece of bacon.
Sat in the drive through line for almost ten minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. All I ordered was fries. Ended up leaving, because their drive through was far too slow. You'd think McDonald's would have perfected the drive through during COVID, but apparently not. Went to chik fil a instead.
I don't write reviews but had to after my great experience today! I took my kidos thru the drive-thru for a couple Happy Meals and the toy feature are the Mario Kart characters. My daughter was so upset as she received the Mario character but really wanted the Princess Peach. I told my daughter they may not have a Princess Peach but we can go ask. We went inside and met Nick, who was very busy at the time but still greeted with a huge smile... He had to look in a few places but was able to find one! Food was hot, served very promptly and they have a wonderful staff here! Thanks again Nick!!
Picking up a #1 Egg McMuffin meal is one of my favorite meals and the only breakfast that uses a real egg!
I feel like this location has been very understaffed lately, so i usually have more patience for them... But I waited 30 minutes to get my food and when I got it the fries were stale, my burger and nuggets were fine! but my apple pie was stale :(. Its kind of hit or miss
