Did order online,app asked for a table number for service. Other than calling out order number from behind the counter ,they did nothing. They didn't even give my full order had to wait there and tell them what was missing. If it was busy I could understand, restaurant was practically empty with no one in order line inside or drive-thru. Nobody was cleaning tables.

I would give the service at this location a Zero! I work near this location and find myself stopping by to get a quick bit before going into the office. The managers are more worried about clearing the drive-thru line than the front counter. When you ask if someone is taking orders for the front they tell you to use the kiosks. Mind you the kiosk doesn't do special orders. I asked the manager again can I get assistance with placing an order? She turned around and looked at me as if I said something wrong to her! I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, however, I will not spend another dime on this place. Customer service should always be a pleasant experience. The managers at this location need to be retained in customer service.

I ordered breakfast in the drive thru. Their app gives certain rewards and incentives, and today I let the drive thru cashier know that I had the app, and it was to use the "Buy 1 breakfast sandwich, get one for $0.25" promotion, which is a great deal.The cashier accepted the code from the app, mentioned no issues with it, and I drove up.I had ordered a Bacon, Egg, Cheese McMuffin, and a Sausage and Egg Biscuit, with the intention of the $0.25 promotion to be used for the Sausage and Egg Biscuit, and I confirmed it was listed as "Eligible" in the app.They then took payment, and upon receiving the receipt, I saw that they still charged me the full price.Now, a few bucks is not the issue. The real issue here is that they were incredibly rude, when I brought up the issue. The drive thru cashier literally told me "too bad, it was not accepted". And repeated it, in a rude tone multiple times, until finally I just drove off with what I paid for.I showed her the app and where it states it is eligible, and if it was not, why did they not inform me before payment?I will never return to this location again. I have had no issues at any other McDonalds in this area. I don't even care about the $3.74 that I paid extra. It was really the rudeness and uncaring service.

Very clean. Fast service. Comfortable tables and fast wifi. One of the best Mc Donald’s in the area.

I rarely eat fast food anymore, but I'd been working late in the yard and was exhausted. Too tired and worn out to cook or make something, I decided to get something quick and easy.Being late reduced my choices to some extent, but I was pleasantly surprised that McDonald's was still open. You never know anymore - there are too many excuses: COVID19, labor shortage, and the global supply chain.Anyway, I got two cheeseburgers, fries, and a chicken sandwich. I also tried the frozen coca-cola which apparently was a recent menu item. The meal was awesome, tasty, and filling. I would recommend it to a friend.

Never thought I'd give a fast food restaurant a 5-star rating but I really have no complaints. Staying to become a regular here. The prices are really good as are all the deals on the app. Between deals and surveys from coupons you can always get more for your money. And the manager who is usually there does a great job of keeping the store running at a high level.

Last choice of the fast food for me. The quality has gone down. They don't have staff to serve shakes because of the hiring problems.

Worst experience ever found a piece of burnt something next to my burger and the fries seems like they've been running on the same oil for the past year with a nasty bitter flavor to them...no more all never ever got to this MCdonald's again.

This particular McDonald's is the most unfriendly, unprofessional and absolutely the rudest restaurant I've eaten at in 70 years! Not so much as a smile, eye contact or thank you.... the young man at the 1st window taking my money and the 2nd young man at the other window handing me my order we're beyond rude and had zero customer service! It were as if Neanderthals were manning the windows, no verbal communication whatsoever- just grunts. This is happened twice this month!

A regular here for the amazing sweet tea. Quick and friendly.
