I guess they have new owners. (India) We walked in to pick up our pizza. When my wife walked in to pick up our pizza order, a woman, who told my wife she was one of the new owners, was walking barefoot in the kitchen and proceeded to put her sandals on and then grab our pizza boxes. DISGUSTING! The health department would have a field day with that.
A $6.60 tip was added on credit card - Not the usual delivery fee that was charged by "someone" on our delivery order of $29.00 order & we tipped driver $6.00 in cash. We're very dissatisfied with quality of pizza as well. Not the Marco's we expected:(Spoke with Owner & stated it was a usual type error & will give us a$6.60 credit towards next order. Problem is we don't trust them now & pizza was Way less than good.

Was told one price when I placed the order in person. Came back to pick it up in 15 and they handed me the pizza. After I told him I haven't payed for it yet (me being too honest) he charged me more! He said that they messed up the original recept order and now it is more. What? Honestly it was after work and I was too tired to argue over like 4 bucks but bro, that is what I get for being honest. I like this pizza chain but NOT coming back here again. That is not how you run a business. You don't tell a customer one price and then tell him another price when he comes to pick up the order. Even if it was you messed up the price the first time by like 4 bucks, that ain't something the customer should cover, especially since I could have walked out with the free pizza cause you thought it was already paid for.
We ordered Marco's in Salisbury NC. Very good pizza. So I decided to get a pie from the local shop. I have to say it was very disappointing. Went in at 2:00 pm. Greet by an older gentleman. I said I wanted to order a pizza. He just looked at me. Then looked at his phone and then looked back into the kitchen then instructed me to take a seat. There was no activity in the kitchen. Seemed a slow time for a pizza shop. After I took a seat he went into the back. I had to assume he was not comfortable in taking an order. Given all this, I simply left.I probably won't be back.
Have bought pizza there several times. Price is right, food was good, service was good and it was clean.
They get 2 stars bc we've generally been satisfied for the last year. Today we ordered a regular temp cook thin crust and cheese bread with a cup of pizza sauce.They delivered a well done pizza and cheese bread with a 1.5oz Ranch sauce.Sat on hold for 16m and then (Imran, "manager") spent 6m pretending to not have our # nor our address in their system considering we've ordered from this location for the last year(thru both direct and doordash).So apparently we magically recieved Marcos to the house and therefore really have no room to complain.They're right about one thing, never ordering from them again will certainly alleviate needing to complain.
Great pizza, if you get more than 3 toppings I'd recommend baked well done.
