Most awful little Caesars location. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:30 walk in and they tell me they have just the bread ready and leaves my pizza on the counter instead of putting it in the warmer. Continued to wait till 6 with my pizza on the counter and finally get my food. Mention my pizzas sitting on counter being cold now, and they tell me they are fine. Left only because my kid is at home hungry waiting for food. This is at least the 3rd time I've had awful service here and I've only been here a handful of times since we just moved here.
They have been closed the past three times I’ve came here during the hours they should be open .like it says online . Recently they were coming from their car taking their time when a line of customers are waiting this is ridiculous. You all Need to get it together. Worst place I’ve been too. Use to run smoothly when the nice old man was here use to work right since he’s left this place has fallen apart . Waiting here now to see how long it takes them to open their doors when it clearly says open on the window.
Ordered online for two pizzas at 1pm, but when I arrived the front doors were closed and locked, the drive through window was locked, and there was a long line of people waiting out front. There were people in there, in the back and at the register but they wouldn't make eye contact. We'd knock, they'd ignore us. So I knocked and knocked and knocked and knocked and finally they came up to the front and told us there was a three hour delay for our orders. I called corporate to get a refund and heard nothing back from them. It seems this company is falling apart.
Do not eat here. They are serving you sauce that has been left out and they bring dough from other stores that's many days old, when it's not left rotting in the machine. The owner is a joke that won't pay his people. The drains reek of rotting meat and nothing gets sanitized, ever. The place is being held together by dry dough, black mold, and a leaking air conditioner.
Yesterday 4/22/22 walk in to grab a hot and ready, you know like the company advertised around dinner hour 6pm or so. Non ready. Today order ahead, have the drive thru option selected drive thru is closed. Go in, about 5 minutes before pick up time and they tell me another 15/20 minutes. Management needs to hire people if they don't want to make pizza at a pizza store.
I'm giving one star because it took over an hour to get my pizza which I understand because there seemed to be only 2 people working but my pizza was half crust. The crazy bread had no cheese on it, it was just plain bread.
This store is an absolute mess in terms of how it's run. Running out of something as basic as dough at a pizza place just goes to show how poorly managed everything is. They also seem to constantly struggle with staffing. Just raise prices and hire people at a better wage already- people will be happier getting the food they ordered on time even if it costs $5 more than it used to.Edit: Waited an hour for my order and all I got for the trouble was a refund. If you can't operate the store, just close it.
Placed a order through the mobile app. On Wednesday April 6th and when I arrived there was a hand written sign that said “Everyone quit except for me sorry no pizza today”. Still waiting on my refund.
Fantastic service at this location. The manager is very friendly and remembered me. The pizza is always hot and fresh. Great value for the price.
Horrible service. I had placed an online order and when I went there they refunded my money saying they are out of dough. There is no coutesy to call the customer and let them know. Their phone doesn't work to check the status on the order. I would never go to this location again.
