Very bad service and will not be back because the manager is very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional who yells at their customers. I can see why the employees are not friendly or helpful and have a bad attitude.
Came at 6pm, very short wait time at the drive through. The employee was very courteous and patient, and our food was correct and very hot and fresh! We even got an extra box of fries!
I have always had great experiences at this KFC. I typically go through the drive-thru. The line has always moved quickly. Person taking the order has always been very helpful and diligent. The service at the drive-thru window is great as well.I have never dined inside of this restaurant. But I have gone into order for takeout. And my experiences have been the exact same as going through the drive-thru.

I came today and ordered a three peace chicken with 2 sides and a drink and added an extra side, being confused I asked the cashier for help and she rung me up and explained to me how and what I should ask for this meal next time to save me money and was very patient I appreciated it as because I was having a very rough day and couldn’t seem to undergo anything. Thank you thank you for the lovely service and received excellent food.
More fries with the salt would have been nice and a utensil to eat the mac n cheese could help. Lady at window had bad attitude and chicken strips very mediocre; wish I had just waited in the 1hr line at chik fil a next door....

I ordered a medium Pepsi and got 3oz of soda in a cup of ice. What a Rip-off.
I usually visit this KFC once a week because it’s convenient and usually good. Today will be my last time, I ordered a 4 piece dark with green beans and mashed potato, however I got coleslaw and mashed potato and white meat. I was on my way to work for a 12 hour shift, I called and spoke with the very rude manager that told me to get back in the line and they will correct my order, I explain to him that I needed to get to work and didn’t have time to get back in line and ask could someone bring it to my car, he told me in order to correct my order I had to get back in line. I told him I will bring the food back and get my $12.93 on tomorrow, his reply was make sure you bring the food back. This manager needs some customer service training. I will wait 30 minutes in line for Chick-fil-A the next time.
Best fried chicken. I like the seasoning. The staffs are kind.
