The pizza is awesome and, you have to go see Madi. She was an outstanding server... Great attitude!
We passed by this place for years, never knowing what a gem it was. After one stop, this became our go-to place for pizza and dinner. This is the most family friendly restaurant. The staff are all friendly and they care about the customers. There are games and entertainment, fun seasonal decorations, art supplies, televisions, you name it.Absolutely recommended. And this location is by far the best.
After waiting for 40 minutes after they said it would be ready curbside, the cold pizza was just horrible. The fact that it was cold is important. That means they let me and my 3 year old daughter sit in the parking lot even though it was ready. I would have gone in to get it, but my little one wasn't feeling great. Then, the young girl brought it to me after I called the second time with a ton of attitude and flung it at me saying, "Sorry, we were busy." BTW, I left a 25% tip. Never again. I actually like their pizza, but the line has to be drawn somewhere.
Do NOT trust their delivery times or their words on what's up with your order. They LIE to you about your order status when they are busy. Ordered $100 worth of food from them at 621pm thru Slice. ETA was 706pm. I called to check on it at 715pm thru slice and was told that they contacted Johnny's and they said it was finished and just leaving on the way out (Realizing labor shortage etc. I figured it would be late, no problem). At 820pm and still no delivery, called again thru slice to be told that they said they were slammed and it was never cooked to begin with. I asked for my money back and Slice felt so bad they they gave me a $10 coupon to use them again for delivery (they were afraid it was going to hurt their rep). I then called Johnny's personally, spoke w mgr. who looked up my order immediately and confirmed it was never done. When addressed as to why they felt compelled to lie earlier she said it was probably a new 'system', (yet, she was able to look it up in seconds with no problem). Tell the TRUTH people! If you had just told the truth at 715pm and said we're slammed and we're sorry, folks would understand. You ask us for patience on labor issues etc. then TELL THE TRUTH. She didn't even offer anything to make it right other than she would start the order now and cook it for the $100 plus 15% tip that I had added. This place, there is something wrong here. Will definitely go elsewhere now, especially when ordering for delivery.
My daughter and I love going to this location for our father daughter night! Really good staff, and as usual for Johnny's food is excellent! We would definitely recommend this spot to any and all who love great pizza and Good vibes! I will say the location is not ever that busy so I always try to give the servers a bit more than other places. They do such a good job they're definitely worth it!
Great pizza place as we were surprised with all the Christmas decorations in the restaurant! The calzone was really delicious and the service was great! We were the only ones in the restaurant and it really felt very personalized! We took a pizza to go which was really delicious! I will definitely come back to get another calzone or pizza from this location! Highly recommend it!

I Order here alot but never again! They couldn't even make my family a fresh pie, instead reheating an old one with half melted new cheese. Absolutely pathetic! Avoid this location at all costs! I should've seen the reviews. Regardless of how good my experience has been with this location I hope to never order here again. Like how Unacceptable is this?! I'm simply outraged. Update: the pie went straight into the garbage!
I ate pizza at this restaurant and other johnny's places in our area few times. It was a good experience. Today I had a vegetarian delight slice to go. It was horrible. Looks like cold vegetables were added to a cold cheese slice. Not heated. Veggies and crust were cold.. Crust was soggy. Very disappointed.
Terrible experience. We go to Johnny's in Peachtree city Ga. on a regular basic and love it. Thin crust and generous toppings. Well at this location close to our campsite and excited to see a Johnny's I ordered a large hamburger, peppers, mushrooms and onion pizza. Confirmed they also do thin crust. She thought I said pepperoni so they made again and left off the peppers this time. Wrong again, I just took it at that point. The crust was not thin and there was very little hamburger, some slices only had onion. Onion pizza, yuck. I pay for what she thought was two meats so I thought they would at least have hamburger on the whole pizza at least. Maybe that is how they do people who they have to redo pizzas for, hey I can't help she misunderstood, they didn't offer a refund on the difference of the meats, just I thought you said pepperoni. I understood her not hearing it right but they could have made sure it was made right afterwards. It was the worse pizza I think we ever had, you can get better for a lot less.
