10/10 would eat here for lunch like every single day. Food is always so freakin fresh & comes out so fast. All the workers are peaches, plus the gm is cute so that also enhances the experience.
GF options. AMAZING FOOD with a great understanding of Gluten-free processes in a sandwich atmosphere. Allergy level and have not gotten sick.
I am a bit fan on Jimmy John’s and today went to order here, forgot my sandwich I ordered automatically had tomato/lettuce on it as he was putting it on. I went over to him and I was like please can you just take that off of that sandwich (I didn’t expect him to make another one with new bread slices although he probably should have) but he half a**wiped it off like he didn’t care which was annoying and like he was being bothered.Couple kids working there that seem annoyed, you have a super simple job, do it right - the little things are why JJ’s is successful (and personally why I pay that price for their sandwich in the first place) don’t forgot the mission statement that’s all.
Sandwhich is good but if you order lunch on a weekday it takes an hour plus to deliver your lunch.
My husband is currently on a diet and cannot eat bread or sugar, so we have been ordering the unwhich (lettuce wrap). The food is amazing and the night crew are so nice and helpful. They patiently answered all of my questions about what add-ons were sugar free and ok to eat.
Slow 10 minutes in the drive-thru.
This location hasn't always been the fastest to deliver but after waiting 40+ minutes from the start of the delivery (and an hour from placing the order), I had to give up. Called to cancel and were told this is the new normal and you need to place orders even further in advance. I get it, being understaffed sucks. But if you're ordering here for "freaky fast" delivery, don't count on it.Edit: Apparently when they "cancelled" the order, they didn't bother telling their driver who arrived nearly 3 hours after placing the order. Rejected the order - who wants sandwiches and drinks that have been driven around for over two and a half hours? For context, this store is 5 minutes from the delivery location.
It was a 9 dollar sandwich with 2 slices of meat and the sandwich was the size of my fist. A absolute complete waste of money.

The quality of the food at this establishment is hit or miss. Lately it has been very poor with the turkey and lettuce tasting below par. Bloating feeling after eating these turkey subs. Disappointing because management is very nice.
