Lunch was FAST, and the food was great. I've eaten here a lot since they opened, but this was the first time in years that I ordered a burger. Kudos in the BBQ restaurant having a good burger!
Food was better this time. Still didn't get my starter. But everything else was good. 6/19 upset they didn't have a father's day special but food was good and service was great.
Ordered Doordash for a family gathering. My son’ burger was not in the bag, clearly on the receipt. My entre salad was the size of a house salad! It was so disappointing. We all regretted the order. When you order Doordash, and you can’t leave your house, you are at the mercy of the restaurant to get it right. We have a disappointed young man who got no burger.
Great barbecue, especially a restaurant chain. Our party had pulled lean brisket, ribs, and barbecue chicken. Everyone was happy with their meals. I'm looking forward to eating there in the future. Staff was attentive and friendly.
Great Customer Service - We went through the drive though and ordered a large meal and some kids meals. When we got home we realized some of the order was missing and called the restaurant. We spoke with the manager and were told someone would bring us the missing items. Within a short while the items showed up. We really appreciate the above and beyond service. We have ate here several times, mostly doordash and drive though and its always ben great.
This is one of our default dinner places. One of my kids must avoid Gluten and she has never had a reaction there. They always double check our order to make sure their absolutely delicious cheese biscuits don't touch her meal. If you aren't sensitive to gluten, be sure to check those biscuits out... they are amazing!
The worst! Literally just left 10 minutes ago. Decided to only pay for the glass of wine and tea. This is not BBQ! Ordered brisket chili, it was soup not chili with large pieces of just brisket fat and weird copped bell peppers I guess. But soup NOT chili. Got the combo brisket and chicken. First the brisket is dry old and no I mean no smoke flavor! No way its being smoked on site. The chicken is pulled from bbq grilled chicken. Does not matter if they ask white or dark meat. It's slimmy chicken pulled from a quarter chicken piece. No smoke!!! The portion for 18.99 is absurd. My wife had the same issue. Her chicken and mine was cold to the touch. Fries old and cool not hot. I mean they should be embarrassed! I do a lot of smoking and since the last time we ate there until now they have lost the plot.if you want real BBQ this isn't even in the range! I hated to tell our server we couldn't eat it but we had to just say no!

The food was great! Please get rid of that rude, ungrateful excuse for a person in the drive-thru. I visited on 3/27/2022 at 1:10 and before I left a tip she was very unfriendly. I still left a 15% tip and she grabbed it out of my hand and said nothing. The entire transaction she never said a word and basically threw the food at me. She didn't deserve a tip and I felt like asking for the paper back so I could cross it out and write... learn basic manners!
We have been here trice so far and love it! Prices are a little high but worth it. Excellent service and really good food.
