My s in was incorrectly made, called and they were happy to fix it. The fixed sub was yummy.
I wasn't very impressed. The slices of meat/cheese were so thin you could almost read through it. Skimpy on those as well. They don't toast anything. The tomatoes and lettuce were fresh looking and tasted good.
Terrible service tonight had no sweet tea and when made some had no sugar in it. Did not have any carbonation in and sodas and was no telling any of the customers. All over very terrible service
$17.00 for a sub ?? You can three at subway for that and there much better..and they wanted a tip when you check out..never again..
Lady in charge today spoke to an employee very rudely while a full room of customers. Totally unacceptable. I feel sorry for the employee if thats a manager!!!! Jose cruz was trying to cash me out while also trying to pack to go orders when he forgot a sub in an order that was no where near the other subs on the table. It was super busy today at 1230pm. And he was doing all he could to keep up. She yelled at him saying how "he needs to stop blaming HIS problems on other people and to pay better attention to what he is doing".... I work retail and you cannot speak to your employees that way in front of others. She should be ashamed of herself for doing such. Accidents happen but I didnt complain when my order was wrong I just ate it and kept going since it was that busy.

Super fresh bread, meat and veggies. Staff is friendly also. It is more expensive than the rest of the sub shops, but you will get what you pay for.
