Ordered the Bacon temptation omelet. When I received it I was lucky to have the equivalent to one slice of bacon in it. I have ordered the same thing at other IHOP and it is supposed to have more bacon than that. Our waitress happened to be the manager. I showed it to her and she said it was correct but she could bring me another slice of bacon. She finally offered to have them recook my order. When recooked it was correct. The managers attitude was enough to keep me out of that particular IHOP.
We had to check in on a kiosk, just like everyone else, only to be told that “our name is not in the system”. Meanwhile, all of the other parties that checked in after us were seated. Several other parties had a seemingly similar experience and left before we did. The hostess was in a very bad mood, less than hospitable and verging on downright rude to more than just my wife. We left after waiting over an hour and being ignored. Serious room for improvement on several levels!
We placed our order today within 10 minutes of seating. 3 tables around us ordered after but were served before. Spoke to manager,Sunday March 13, and he said he would check. He never returned. After 30 minutes. We left. Told manager and waitress! Terrible service, we won’t be back, pancakes and an omelette shouldn’t be that hard.
very friendly, great service..would recommend everyone to go there!!
Service was very good. I ordered the bacon tomato and lettuce sandwhich... Don't recall seeing any tomatoes.. they were very skimpy with the bacon. Considering very little bacon on the sandwich it was fairly good.
Be prepared to wait. Especially on a weekend! Same issues as everyone else- no staff. IHOP was 3rd restaurant we tried on a Sunday morning and all had over an hour's wait. When we were seated they only had 2 waiters working. Our writer Felipe was great! Even though he was taking care of half the restaurant, he was friendly and kept our glasses refilled.
This is my 2nd time here. The waitress said that there was no pulp in the orange juice, so i went ahead and ordered it, only later to find out there was a huge amount of pulp in the cup. 1/5 stars for sure! not coming back ever again!
Very popular breakfast and brunch restaurant. 40-60mins wait average, but worthy. Fresh and delicious food, service is also great.
Nothing dreadful happened, but like so many places they’re understaffed so the wait was longer than projected and the poor server was overwhelmed which in turn meant the food was slow to come and the order wasn’t quite right. Not blaming the staff that was working. They were nice and trying hard to keep up. More just observing how current events have so many businesses struggling to find workers at a wage the workers will accept and the business can afford to pay.
Was here during unlimited pancakes, Tiffany was fantastic, checked in on us regularly and not obnoxiously and was very nice. Food was good, wish this location still had Tobasco but that's just me.
