Our order was correct but we didn’t receive any plastic-wear in our bags (we did to-go) and the food lacked flavor. We usually get something similar to this and although it’s not the same restaurant, it’s the same exact type of food and has so much flavor. As I mentioned, might not be the same restaurant but at least make the food have more flavor.

My daughter took me out for Dinner and a movie "The Batman". We ate at Ichiban before the movie. Had a great time. Wait staff were very friendly, and the hibachi man was a pleasure to be served by. Very friendly and funny. I recommend this place highly, will definitely return.
I ate so much food my stomach feels like it will implode. I couldnt stop myself when i saw the mountains of meat, vegetable, and rice. The service was constant and not too frequent leaving room for interaction without interupption. I suggest everyone tries it was an above average hibachi experience.
Mid-week soosh date night at Ichiban was just what we needed to get us over the tax season hump! We almost always can walk up and find seating at the sushi bar. KC and the rest of the sushi chefs are top notch; creating tasty rolls with the freshest ingredients. We have experienced times when the restaurant has been short staffed (aka slow bar service) - but honestly what restaurant isn’t these days? This location also often hosts events to pair wine or whiskey with various dishes which are always a good time. So weather you are looking for a cozy date night or a place to meet up with friends that consistently delivers a 5 ⭐️ rating with their food - Ichiban comes highly rated.
Took forever to get our food. We ordered way before other customers yet got our food after. We order the bang bang shrimp roll which stated it had snow crab. When brought to the table it had imitation crab instead. My mother is allergic to imitation crab. When we asked the server she was unsure of what was even in the roll. Not to mention the price difference of offering imitation crab in place of snow. We ordered a different roll in place and it got delivered way later. The server never apologized or even acknowledged the problem. Then when it came to the bill we asked to split it in half which should have been $17 each. Instead we got charged $29 each. When I question the server she stated “oh no I did it again”. How were we accidentally charged an additional $12 each? Makes no sense. Then when leaving no one said a thing. Management or owner was there and never even came over to apologize or even acknowledge there was a problem. Absolutely ridiculous.
Scored a 64 - U on health inspection on 4/11/22. Won't go back until they get that fixed. Previous visits had been decent.
We took our daughter here for her 3rd birthday and had a great time. Delicious sushi and hibachi!!! Service was very friendly and prompt & the hibachi chef had the best family friendly jokes.
I ordered delivery items from Ichiban through GrubHub this evening. We are doing our part through the pandemic and ordering delivery to "flatten the curve." Unfortunately, I won't ever order delivery from this restaurant again. My entrée was supposed to be vegetable hibachi (it had large pieces of shrimp)-I am vegetarian, so I couldn't eat it. The bag it came in was soaked with hibachi sauce and was leaking upon arrival.The other bag of items was also a mess with leaking soup and sauces throughout. I would not recommend this restaurant.
The hibachi salmon lacked flavor and was overcooked. The sushi was tasty, but the large pieces were not easy to eat. However, the service was very good, diligent. I like their options but I hope next time, if we come back, we get some authentic Japanese hibachi grilled. With 2 meals, including the salmon, duck, veggies, soup, salad, and sushi, it came to be $50 per person. Quite pricey!
