Terrible service! Under staffed. Waited at the ordering speaker for 15 minutes while the guy working the speaker totally talked trash about everyone in line. I heard the entire thing because he forgot turn the speaker off while doing so. It used to be my every morning breakfast place but definitely not anymore. Hope this trashcan goes out of business. Shame on you Hardee's. Pure garbage!!
I ordered food to be delivered. Paid for priority delivery from a restaurant 1.9 miles from me. What wasn't cold was burned so badly it was inedible. My dogs almost couldn't bite the burnt French toast sticks. Ordered 2 large cokes, got 2 small. If you can't send an order worth eating, get out of delivery! No wonder your rating keeps falling.
Hardee’s has the best biscuits hands down. I usually eat their breakfast so not familiar with their other menu items. When the biscuits are fresh out of the oven, they literally melt in your mouth. Makes me want one right now!
There's nothing like a good Hardee's biscuit. But there's also nothing like a bad Hardee's biscuit. This place is pure chaos. The manager was extremely rude, yelling at his employees and the customers. Wait was long, order was wrong, store was dirty. Not a good experience.
I thought it was that I was giving them the wrong order but my dad let me know that I said everything right... They just had awful microphones. It is this Hispanic lady at the drive thru window... I can't tell if it's early or she's tired of seeing me but she is always coldly rude to me. Last time she busted the creamers in the bag and didn't say anything. The time before that she almost burnt my hand by not putting the coffee top on the hot coffee at all. Is she crazy? My dad luckily caught it as I grabbed it, to be careful because he knows how easily my hands burn in general but would of burned if that coffee would of spilled onto my hands.
Great breakfast experience this day at this location! Never had bad service here though and the wait time in the drive-through is always very appropriate.. I encourage all others to try their breakfast
They didn't have half of our order they are out of eggs and lots more ... the manager was so sweet trying her best to make do ... I'm proud of her ?
The biscuits are so good very fast good service the only thing is that the server got our order confused but that’s ok
I ate lunch at this hardees. I got old fries which where thrown in my bag not in the container . The lettuce and tomato looked old and should have been thrown in the trash instead of on my burger. From looking at the burger you can they are trained to hide the burger with mayonnaise and ketchup its all you could taste. I recommend avoiding this Hardee's
We have never gotten a bad burger from this Hardee's until today. All 4 were extremely over cooked. Barely any mushrooms on the mushroom swiss burgers. Nice people bad food.
