First time dining here. The food was fantastic, real German taste. Waitress reallyprofessional( the Hungarian lady.. sorry forgot the name) , very nice and very quickly. The beer.. amazing!!Very nice atmosphere, very good German food and also not expensive! We definitely come back again and reference to our friends.

Great local German restaurant and small business. Wonderful Service and good foods you remember having back in Germany. Don’t forget to have a dessert. Goulash, schnitzel, sides all freshly made, ?

Shout out to Gasthaus Triol for amazing service and food! They hosted our birthday party of about 15 people last night in their bier garden. The owner was very accommodating for our large party. He met with me a few weeks in advance was super helpful. This is a good local place to go for date night and grab some authentic German food and drink.

I had the Jagersnitzel pork. It was good, but had better. The pork was not breaded and the sauce was okay but could have more flavor. The house salad and dill dressing was good. The potato dumplings and red cabbage were excellent. My bro in law had the chicken cordon blu and halfway thru eating it hit raw chicken. He sent it back. They took it off the bill and gave a free dessert. Not a great first time impression for a Father’s day dinner. The waitress was ok but seemed super busy and overwhelmed.

Excellent service, very good selections of German cuisine.

I don't know where people get to rating this as 4.6 overall. Our experience was far from it. People are nice enough, etc, but the food was gross. I ordered chicken cordon bleu and it definitely tasted like is was previously frozen. My mothers mashed potatoes were from a box. Food for the price was just gross. Very disappointed. Will not being going back, ever.

I haven't been here in years, but this small mom and pop restaurant is even better than I remembered. Very authentic, excellently prepared dishes. Check this place out if you're looking for great Germanic food.

I absolutely adore this lil restaurant. I have only ever been during lunch but it’s always so delicious. The desserts here are amazing. We got the apple strudel. My mom got the club sandwich with fries and I got the chicken schnitzel (without the sandwich setup) with a side of spatzle and red cabbage. We also got 2 drinks. Total was $28. Super well priced! Serve is always great. Will be back!

Wow. Just wow. Incredibly good. I've tried many German restaurants throughout the metro area and this place was absolutely excellent. Escargot was perfectly cooked, my currywurst was to die for, but my wife's goulash was a little dry. Not enough to complain about, but I expected a little bit better. The dessert menu is great too so make sure to save room. Beer is full German and done right. Also, great company with our fellow diners. We are really pleased and we will return. Also feel like it's worth mentioning. It was insanely hot inside! Like well over 80 degrees. Hope that isn't the norm!

I have been to the Gasthaus several times. The house salad with creamy dill dressing is my favorite salad in Cumming. The Hungarian Goulash is my friends favorite, I love the Ruben. My husband always gets the pretzel, And sausage. I had the schnitzel and sauerbraten both are excellent. For sides you can’t beat the German potato salad red cabbage or sauerkraut, and don’t forget to try the Spoetzl’s
