We were greeted as soon as we entered restaurant. Once seated, Clara, the waitress, took our orders. She was pleasant & attentive. Kept my sweet tea glass filled. Food was delicious.We plan on eating there again.
Had wings. They were great! The drinks were great! Staff was super friendly!
We have been coming to this location for years. The food has always been great. Had lunch there today and had a fantastic server by the name of Ryan. He suggested the Trucker Snack as an appetizer and wow it was delicious. Outstanding service and wanted to give Ryan an shout out!! Keep up the excellent service!
Haven't visited this place in a few years when it was a different name, but went after work and was amazed at the atmosphere, very roomy with great staff and the beer was the coldest in town!! Wednesday night is buy and order of wings and get an order which is a fantastic deal as the wings were great! Can't wait to go back and try the pimento cheese wontons and other fun stuff on the menu. Def going to frequent more!!
Love the atmosphere and the friendly staff. The food was delicious and and we definitely enjoyed ourselves.
This was my first time at any of the franchise's locations. It was fantastic! Food was excellent - I had the Ray-Ray wings. Good kid's options for my daughter. The ambience was laid back and fun. The service was spot on. I'll be returning!
We went in this evening excited to try a new restaurant! We had our 2 yo with us. We waited for 20 minutes and no server came over. I tried calling a server over twice and she just ignored us. Knowing our son was hungry and limited on time before he would run out of patience we decided to leave. The hostess who sat us told us to have a wonderful evening. I said to her we never even got a waitress…. She just opened her mouth but said nothing. The restaurant was not busy. I understand and can be patient with lack of staff but to not acknowledge us at all and ignore us for 25 min is a little extreme.
I do not recommend Friends Cumming Grill. I have loved this restaurant in Cumming in the past and I have left great reviews but my last visit was disappointing. Our service was poor. I ordered a new salad offering on the menu. It was a warm salad with chicken and balsamic vinaigrette dressing. My salad was drenched and swimming in dressing. It was bad. I should have sent it back but I didn't. I did call the manager over and I told him that I didn't like the salad because of the overload of dressing. Rather than thank me for the feedback...he responded that he knows but that the dressing is pre-portioned and the cooks just put it on in that amount. He told me to order it next time as 'light on the dressing' and also told me it's really good to order it with feta cheese next time. I was a bit shocked by his reaction and I will never eat here again. I do not recommend this restaurant to friends or family.

I was very impressed with the excellent staff and consistently excellent food! No matter what you order, it's gonna be great. Heather and Alyssa were so friendly and provided wonderful, friendly service. Love this place, keep it up guys, you're light years better than Austin's was.
