Our server, COLBY, was delightful! Charming, upbeat, “love to serve” attitude, knew menu really well, made great suggestions, kept us up to date on when our food would be coming out, and best of all…made us feel SPECIAL! Food and drinks were good and fun presentation, but COLBY made the experience outstanding!!!
Poor presentation and rude service in general. Would not recommend this location. I only recommend it because the food is decent if you’re going to first watch just order online because it’s not like you’re going to get Cracker Barrel service. It seems like all the female waiters or employees there are stuck up and rude and get tired of customers easily: this is why they are not in any management or owner positions. I had to quit my jobs because of just crazy females yet females are the main ones that complain about the mysogyny.
We joined the waitlist and it showed wait time of 45 min. When we checked in exactly 45 min, no info was given on how long wait would be. When checked after an hour mark, we were told that we will be seated as soon as 6 seater table will be available. We waited 30 min more only to be given 2 tables. This was at the back, last 2 tables but we were told specifically, they won't join the tables. The reason was inconvenience to the server! Even when, we were ready to help out the server by passing dishes as well as this was last row.If we had to sit separately then not sure why we were kept waiting for so long. Very disappointing.The only good thing was food. But initial long wait just put us off in enjoying the food!
Joined my sister for brunch on a mid-morning Friday. The start of our visit was a bit frustrating as there was no parking available - had to park in a nearby shopping center - but when entering the restaurant immediate seating was available both indoors and on the patio. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful as she helped me navigate the menu for allergy friendly options. We each had and omelette, fresh fruit, coffee and a mimosa. The food arrived timely, as ordered and was very satisfying. Even with the single mimosa I felt the price tag was a tad higher than expected. Overall it’s hard to mess up brunch so giving 4 stars for the food and server.
Excellent service. Super friendly wait staff. Very nice ambiance.However, the food is kind of average and extremely expensive. I had an omelette (very good) which came with a side of fresh fruit (just pineapple chunks and lots of grapes), and whole grain toast (not much flavor). I also ordered a side of Hardwood Smoked Bacon (was very fatty and seemed like what I get from Publix) and a coffee.The meal cost me $20.73 before tip. That’s kind of outrageous First Watch.
Very fresh food. Ordered Veggie Sandwich and Veggie Burger with Tomato Basil Soup on the side. Amazing flavors in all food items. I will go again.
Food is good. Never had a good experience with staff. Always feel rushed to leave for them to open another table. Today we were basically told to leave so someone else could sit. There were no people waiting and there were tables open.
As COVID-19 becomes the excuse for everything, so to will it remain the new behavior at restaurants. The dining room was full of people waiting quite a long time, and the kitchen was focused on Doordash/UberEATS/mobile orders. They're incredibly understaffed and while I don't expect Michelin level presentation, food slopped on a plate like I'm back in the chow hall in the Marines seems a bit desperate. Orders were wrong or missing altogether. The priorities are misaligned here and there's a lack in management at this location.
Went for breakfast at 9:15 today and our server Natasha was Fantastic.Blueberry pancakes and potatoes were hot and service was spot on. My wife and I go a lot to this restaurant and has always been ABOVE and BEYOND.Ted & Sherry
Heck to the yeah for breakfast ?. Delicious beverage options and friendly staff compliment for an enjoyable experience first thing in the morning.
