Food 4.5, service -0-. Ordered online. Walked in. Order not in pick up. After 5 min, the counter person asked if I was from DoorDash. I said no, I ordered online and my name is “xxxxxxxx.” He said ok and walked away. Waited more, and then saw bags being placed for to go that were labeled 13 min after my order. I got the guys attention, and he said, “oh, your orders right here. I placed it in the DoorDash area by mistake.” ?. Total wait 20 minutes.
Love firehouse food. When I walked in, floors is dirty, all the chairs on top the table, 3 kids sitting down at the only table with chairs down. I wanted to eat in and it was only 5pm. I was waiting on the workers to order food then noticed all the kids stood up and went behind the counter finally to take my order. Also, they were talking about the TV the whole time cussing. Not the best experience but love firehouse food.
Pretty bad. Had to wait 10 minutes for an Italian sub. Wasn't busy. Poor girl had to do both cashier and make subs while the other employee played on their phone in the back.
Online order for pickup. Ignored by an employee because of Airpods. Items were missing out of the take out bag. Upon arriving home, I realized that more of the order was also not in the bag.....I refused to drive back to retrieve them. I called and spoke with a young lady about receiving a refund for them. She indicated that the manager would contact me the following day. I left my information....no contact from the manager and no one answers the phone(daily). This establishment is not professional and will probably not meet your expectations/standards.
Today must've been at an all time low for all the shops at the market place. This was another shop we visited and the staff were really low on morale and in serving the guests. Not just one person, but the entire staff. The subs themselves were great, but I hope the owner finds out what is causing this and fixes it.
And consistent for the firehouse chain, this location has very friendly employees and a clean environment. Frequently eat here because of the warm and caring attitude of the staff. Good job!
Came in and ordered to go they gave me a completely incorrect sandwich! I ordered the hero and got some kind of gross cold mushroom turkey sandwhich. The other one was supposed to be an engineer with double meet and extra jalapeños, I was charged for it but it wasn’t double meat and there were no jalapeños! Left hungry and disappointed!!
I came in and stood there for a good 10 mins before anyone even acknowledged I was standing there. No hello, welcome or anything. Guess good help is hard to find these days.
Well we were overcharged for our food. Get said food and it is not right. I asked for them to add cheese and Mayo… act of Congress apparently! No customer, no apology…. NOTHING AT ALL! Y’all suck!
