Stood inside for atleast 15 min with almost no acknowledgement, went in as drive thru was wrapped around, however with one ever slight acknowledgement all cars and online orders obviously were all they want to focus on. Eventually 3 other customers came in and even asking me if they have even taken order? No they hadn't and I left and will likely not return.

I worked for Dunkin’ for over three years, so I am fully aware that the staff does not get paid enough to do more than the bare minimum. That being said, I came through the drive-thru today at around 1pm (they were one of the few things still open and I had just drove all the way from athens in the snow). I was greeted “hi we will be with you in just one moment” and I said “no problem, take your time” and 30 seconds later they came back on and said “sorry but we are currently closed” with a full line of people in front of me. I understand it was snowing and you wanted to go home, but for future reference, take the order of the car you greeted and tell the next car you’re closing due to inclement weather. Thank you.

Before, I scored this Dunkin 5 STARS, but that was when they weren't busy. This morning, January 8, 2022, I visited this Dunkin again and the service was ridiculously BAD. I don't know if there was a manager there, but somebody needs to take charge of the workers duties. When the food or drinks were ready, they were just sat on the counter for the customers to figure out what and or whose they were. This place needs better coordination overall! The workers did not care what the customers were dealing with. BAD, BAD service! Only go to this Dunkin when it's not busy! Otherwise, good luck getting your order!

I came through the drive-thru earlier today, I got an iced coffee & 2 donuts. I tasted the iced coffee & it tasted like pure burnt coffee. It was supposed to be a small decaf French vanilla iced latte. I parked & went in, let then know it didn't taste like what I ordered. The blonde in the drive-thru, states, rudely, I personally made it. I politely told her it was wrong & she said it was the decaf it always tasted different. I get these EVERY day & this was NOT right. She said well we're extremely busy. I said, you can get the drive-thru orders & then fix my coffee, I will wait. I know how bad places get during the holidays & I'm overly patient. She got all huffy-puffy, remade the coffee & it tasted like pure French vanilla, like She didn't even put coffee in it. I had to keep the original one & mix the two.I completely get that it's the holidays & they're busy. However, it takes seconds to smile & be polite.

Two stars are generous, Service was atrocious. Order was wrong, donuts were not fresh. Very long wait. Grandkids are the only reason I would ever go back.

Dunkin' donuts ? is still #1in my book I have try others donuts and to me they have the best old fashion cake donuts & glazed donuts they still get a 5star in my book keep doing what u doing.

I absolutely love Dunkin but this location blows my mind on how inconsistent they make drinks. I get a medium frozen coffee with sugar. Every other day I have to throw my drink away because it’s completely different even though I order it the same way every single day. Here is a prime example in the picture I have attached. Have you ever seen a frozen coffee with that much whatever type of sugar that is inside there.I work in the retail corporate world so I understand that there are labor shortages but that doesn’t excuse training the folks that you do have serving your customers. I would rather wait in line longer than waste my money and time. You have a 3.5 star rating for a reason, now let’s do something about it. Neighbor Customer Asking for Everyone!

This place is so frustrating! How do you mess up a simple cup of hot coffee with 2 creams 3 sugars it literally tasted like water. This is what happens when you let children run Your store. We have been going here for months there is no consistency at all. Today we decided it was our last day of being disappointed.

The staff saw me walk in and at the counter and waited and waited until served! Then I waited for a donut and a plain cup of coffee long enough to make it myself. Service is slow and unfriendly and they were not crowded at all. And they had at least 4 people walking around. Not sure what they were doing though. This place needs supervision! When my coffee arrived it was good but the donut was stale.

Have been to this location over and over because it’s close enough to walk to and they have managed to get my order right ONCE out of the dozens of times I’ve went. It’s a pathetic excuse of a store. The turn over rate is insane which is probably why they can’t make anything right. The old Indian cashier looked me in the eyes after I said Caramel Craze and said Pumpkin? I said no Caramel Craze. Still gave me pumpkin. I left it on the counter and walked out, what a joke.
