New and very convenient location. I still have to evaluate this franchise for a few times before I make a strong opinion. But so far I will give this location five out of five. Detailed review will follow, stay tuned.
I visit this location almost every day and the staff is wonderful. My coffee is always ready for pick up shortly after I order through the app. George does an amazing job managing his team! The few times I have had issues, George makes it right in a promptly manner. Excellent customer service. Keep up the good work team!
Just went, she says " Hi can I take your order? Oh I'm sorry we just closed" *mic off*Hello.... Hello?Looking at the reviews, glad she didn't take my order. Wouldn't go back.
I ordered a sugar-free vanilla latte from here and requested it sugar-free as I am diabetic. Noticed my blood sugar rose very fast, so I suspect that they gave me syrup with sugar.
Worst caramel iced coffee ever I got in my entire life… lots of creamer lots of Caramel syrup and who in the world would sprinkle cinnamon powder on the top of whipping cream for caramel iced coffee.

I never write reviews but the food here has a taste of dish soap. I've gotten hash browns and bagel minis here before and they both tasted like soap? I think it may be a problem with not rinsing well enough after cleaning because I've been to other locations and the food tastes fine. I'm just writing this so someone can see my review and address the problem!
I went through the drive thru on Christmas morning to grab a quick breakfast. The girl working the window was cheerful and friendly. Usually don't get that from someone working christmas morning. The food was good as well.
Worst dunkin in terms of the food. Service is good as you expect in any fast food chain. Just to be clear, my conclusion is not based on - one day experience. I am a local, I am coming here for almost a month now. I know for places like this review doesn’t matter. However, I still wanted to put it there, so that ppl doesn’t have to start their day with tasteless food from this DD. Go to other location.
