I order the avocado toast with bacon almost every day and 50% of the time they forget to add the bacon and still charge me for it. It's really starting to irritate me.
The quality of service has been degrading by the day. They have had a sign that their service is going to be slow for a while now. We keep coming back understanding the current staffing situation but just keeps getting worse. Weird thing is they keep prioritizing drive through orders over in store orders adding to the delays. Additionally, seems like they don't read the orders well. Multiple times - we had orders with "no cheese" and they always add cheese. Bummer... Have to find a different Dunkin close by.
Never get my regular coffee order correct. Very frustrating. You expect to take the first sip and there is either no sugar or they dont stir it to taste the sugar. I visit this location 2-3 times on the weekend. Both visits on a Saturday, my coffee was not correct on both visits.
Great coffee, great employees. I once forgot my wallet at home and the very nice girl who was working gave me a free coffee, I wish I knew her name. Very clean store and is always welcoming. In stark contrast to the other Dunkin on the other side of 400, my review of that store is not as cheery, I would think my review of the Castleberry location would be associated with that location but no all dunking reviews go together it seems. The Peachtree parkway location is just simply terrible, and slovenly kept. I've been there twice and the manager was very rude, she even said so herself that she is not a people person. Well why get a job that has you dealing with the public then? As long as she works there I will not spend my money there. I go a little farther down the road cause it's clean and im waited on by employees who like people and do there job.
The coffee seems to get weaker and weaker each time I go. And yes I always order the same thing. Nothing complicated. Hot coffee extra cream extra sugar. Nothing fancy.
Stale donuts the last couple of times visiting. The Boston Cremes tasted like they were made two days earlier. In fact, they were so bad that the creme had basically dried up. I can't believe they would serve donuts but judging by the other Dunkin's around its par for the course.
I went recently and it seemed that all the items from a few months ago were "cleaned up", now of course this is an ongoing thing. I know they are struggling to find help and at sometimes during the day they just get to busy helping customers to clean as thorough as they could I just hope they can keep up the improvements. And as always the people working are great.
Touch and go honestly. You can go a month with well prepared food then go a few trips in a row where things are misprepared. ?♂️
I love this Dunkin. The parking lot is awkward, which can impact the drive-thru line. However, staff is efficient & the line usually moves quickly. Friendly staff. The drink quality is consistently great.
The owner, Jacob, reached out to me after I applied for a job. I told him I go by Mindy. He would not respect that at all. He kept calling me by my legal name even after I told him 3 times. He also asked me when I can start, and I said in 2 weeks. Then he asked if I can start the following week. He got upset when I said I would've said so if I can start the following week and called him out again for still not using the right name. I'm not sure about you but I don't want to patronize a business who won't respect employees.
