I'm not giving them any more of my business so I go to a dif Dunkin drive thru or walk in every day now.This place has nothing but kids working there in the afternoon screwing around and they could care less about the business. Didn't even have regular kcups on the shelf I could buy only "Dunkin Dark" kcups and they would not offer to find some regular in the back. Previous owners from India were fantastic it ran like a smooth operation/machine w friendly faces and atmosphere and used to be a great experience. The shelves look pretty bare to me.
WOW! I love this location! The handsome young man that takes my order and helps me at the drive thru is always so energetic and nice! He always has a bright smile and makes sure my order is right before giving it to me. I get a hot coffee and a donut, typically. The coffee is always fresh, the donuts are hit or miss. Lately they have been good. The young man that is always working never fails to give me great service. Wish he had a name tag.
The man that helped us was so nice and waited while my 11 year old son tried to decide what donut he wanted. Super sweet all around. My coffee didn't have sugar free vanilla but it was still really good!
To management, are you aware your staff is closing out their drawers more than 15 minutes before closing time? I pulled up to the drive thru at 844pm and was told they couldn't complete any more transactions. After a couple minutes of back and forth, I was asked if I could pay in cash, to which I said yes and only then was I allowed to place my order. If you're open until 9, I'd expect a business to transact until 9. Disappointing to see continued poor customer service and problems at this location.
I just went through drive thru and ordered 2 Turkey egg and cheese wraps and a midnight blend coffee since they didnt have sunrise blend and it was too bitter . Barely drank halfWill never order again.
Recently visited this location and was a bit disappointed. Ordered a Midnight roast coffee and it came out tasting funny and it was not hot at all. This was pretty early in the morning so I didn’t think it would be lukewarm at 6:15am. Also ordered a Boston cream donut. It came out shaped like a heart, which I thought was cute initially until I started eating it and found out there was no cream in my Boston Cream donut. Will avoid this place next time.
So I went to this Dunkin with my brother earlier this afternoon and ordered a caramel craze latte with almond milk. When I got the drink it didn’t taste right so I called the store and said it didn’t taste right, immediately the man on the phone asked what was wrong and offered to remake it. I couldn’t go back right that second because I had some errands to run, but when I did go back the staff was super friendly and willing to help. Although there was a mistake, they fixed it and asked if I needed any further help. They were so nice and I would go back again when I’m in the area again.
Just ordered a medium coffee and cinnamon raisin bagel from here. The coffee was great, the bagel was hard as a rock and has to be at least 3 to 4 days old! Good job Dunkin!
Pulled up to order coffee and hash browns. Somebody’s unseasoned daughter took my order-horrible attitude. Got to the window and was given soggy/old hash browns. I immediately gave them back and asked for a refund. The cashier called over a manager who was also rude. When I say rude I mean lots of eye rolling and angry facial features. She didn’t even attempt to ask what she could do to help. Do better DUNKIN and stop using the pandemic as an excuse to hire trash employees to represent your company. *went a little further up the street to The Human Bean to get coffee with better customer service.
Ummm, Where should I start Oh yea well so we pulled up to the drive way and the first thing they said was what size and me and my friend got the same drink and hers tasted so biter and my did not then they where so rude last they forgot to give us a drink almost all the drinks sucked and THEY COPIED STARBUCKS!!! Don’t go here I repeat DON’T GO HERE!!! So rude the only reason I gave a one star was because they gave us something.UGH!!!
