Closest location to my home, 10mins away according to Google maps and will not deliver due to my address not being in my system. Go through the app and one that is 20mins away will but then complains it is too far and I should be calling this one. Poor customer service!
was allowed to place an order online for delivery to my house. called an hour later to be told my order was cancelled because i am not in delivery range (literally a 7 minute drive). that's weird, ive ordered from here like 5 times before in the last 3 months. guy on phone confirms this is true. "okay, that's fine, can i just replace it right now on the phone?" "yeah that's fine, since we know youve ordered here it should be fine, same order?" "yes please" "alright gotcha, ill get that sent out asap"i wait another hour before calling again. they put me on hold for 15 minutes. i call again because its clear im not getting picked up - i then get picked up immediately. "hey, i can just come get the order if there arent enough delivery drivers" "oh we threw it out because we have nowhere to put pizzas we can't ship" "why couldnt you ship it?" literally no answer, just repeats "nowhere to put it". "and you didnt think to call and cancel my order orrr" again no answer just mumbling. i havent even received a refundi tried to be patient, ive worked in food service for 5 years in a state of constant understaffedness. this is beyond me
I called in advance to ensure they had drivers on hand before placing an online delivery order as they are often short staffed. I was assured they had drivers available. Our 2 large pizzas were in ‘QA’ check for 40 minutes before we drove to the location to find a delivery car outside and employees inside just chatting. Our pizza had obviously sat for too long and was not an ideal temperature. This is not the first time we’ve had a negative experience hence why I was trying to be proactive and call in advance.
If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a large pizza and the lady on the phone said it wouldn't go through. So I ordered online. I got 2 exact same pizzas and charged for both even though my receipt was only one. They refused to refund my $26.14 cents. As a single mom of 3 that was my gas money for the week . Guess I will never order pizza from here again. Thanks alot Domino's
Amazing customer service and the pizza was phenomenal. Alijah the manager made sure we were completely set before we left the store.
Ordered 2 medium pizzas at an hour and a half ago and when I called they said it was a two and a half hour wait.No apologies or anything when I asked about the order.I asked to cancel my order and no comments other than asking for my address and it’s cancelled.This is why I don’t order from Dominos. No customer service
I ordered two pizzas one medium one large both Alfredo and they had to re make it twice and then when I got home I found out they gave me the wrong pizzas that I can't even eat due to a allergen and I called to get it re maid and they said they could do it but only at a discount
