I placed an order from this domino's last night for a MeatZZa & received a pizza that was missing toppings. It only had sausage & little bits of ham. The pizza had so much sauce on it that when you lift up a slice all the toppings just fall off. There were pools of sauce that was missing cheese, that's not pepperoni in the photo. Somehow even though the pizza was soaked in sauce the crust was as dried as cardboard & extended to my bread bites. They gave me points for a free pizza, but I don't think I would be ordering from this Domino's ever again after this incident, because this isn't the first time I had an issue with this store.
I’ve attempted to order on more than one occasion and my order has been canceled each time. The online hours show they are open until 12am. I have ordered at 9:45pm and still my order has been cancelled by the store. I have even driven up to store to be told by a young man mopping the floor @ 10:30 that they close at 11 and that his manager canceled the order because it would be past 11 when it was delivered. I live a literal mile from the store, no exaggeration.
Our home isnot difficult to find however all the mail boxes are on the same(opposite) side of the street. So we have always put in the notes " 5th drive on the left" and have never had a problem. Until last night. Order showed as delivered, it was not. Called the store they stated it was delivered to the address across the streets. My neighbors are out of town. I told them this, then they said not that address but another address. Mistakes happen, and I would of happily moved on, but don't lie to me. It was not a big deal until you lied.
I always order from this location. But today I may definitely reconsider that. Even though my delivery driver did and always does a splendid job (shout out to carol btw!) The food I received was incredibly dry. My BBQ bacon pizza had almost no sauce and the crust was inedible from how long it sat in there ready serve oven at the store. Not even tomentioned I ordered this at 8pm only for it to arrive at 10:15. Incredibly displeased.
Edit: It's now past 11 at night, been over 2 hours and I have called to cancel this order THREE TIMES no one has picked up and now some poor lady is on her way?? Seriously?? Do better yall.My order has been sitting in "quality check" for an hour now...
order placement over phone felt like a census survey or a scam. I have never been transferred to an automated system to get my card info. usually the tip is given after the food gets here, not before the food is even made. it just felt weird and clunky. inefficient at best, it took like 15 minutes of both of our time to place my one small order. then she gave me my order number like I just ordered a frickin amazon package, like why in the hell would I need the order number, to track my pizza with usps?? lol
Usually dont do a review if Its not good but there were a few things to take away... Food was not warm, missing my garlic sauce and received a call from the neighbors for waking their baby with loud music from the driver. Just ok I would say.

Fresh food and quick delivery. Would have given five stars except they left out a portion of my online order but were quick to deliver it. They were extremely busy when I ordered so I'm sure that was one of the reasons the order was not complete on the first attempt.
