Great cookies.My only complaint is their app ordering. They really need to change their ordering process. On more than one occasion I've placed on order on their app only to show up and they were out of the cookies I ordered. I'm not talking about an order hours in advance but an order for immediate pick up and I arrive in 5-10 minutes. If their systems lets me place the order, they should pull the cookies and set them aside. Otherwise, don't let me order them if they are low. They already do this when it's out of stock. Sometimes their flavors are great and I'm fine getting different cookies, sometimes they're not so great sounding and I just waste a trip.
We typically love Crumbl Cookies, in fact so much so that we held a special Valentine's event for our past clients there in 2021 and had organized the second annual event there for 2022. We had coordinated months in advance with staff and management and sent out 250 hand written invitations. When trying to tie up last minute details days before the event, we were informed by the "new" manager via email that she can't accommodate us. Our attempts to resolve the issue via phone were ignored by the manager and the store shift managers were rude to say the least. Horrible customer service!!! and really left us in a bind.
Best cookies hands down! Just wish I didn't have to wait forever for my favorite cookies to come back (they change their offerings every week)
These cookies are amazing, a little too expensive for me to get very often. But Wow best cookies on earth!!! I’ll definitely go back when my family needs a special treat ;-), like maybe tomorrow :-).
Excellent customer service this morning! Got there before pick-up time. They took their time with the cookies and the cookies look just like the photos on app/website!

Ordered 13 boxes to take to a “My Favorite Thing” party this holiday season! I can honestly say when I arrived with all those pink boxes, there were some excited ladies! I have not had a flavor yet that wasn’t awesome. This particular store was great although they told me that next time I can’t order that many unless I do a catering order. The app allowed it so I’m not sure how that was my fault ?
This is the most affordable and best quality bakery I’ve ever gotten anyone a gift from! I got a fast pickup for my favorite coworker for his birthday, they had it ready in thirty minutes and they were gooey and warm!! and HUGE!! Great quality and great pricing :)
The cookies are always so good. They are warm and squishy, but only in the way a perfect cookie can be. They can be a bit pricey, but in my opinion, it is worth every penny. Sometimes the line is long but the staff always keeps the line moving and the cookies pumping out. I have yet to try the ice cream, but I am sure that it is just as good.
