I was very disappointed & unsatisfied with my food. It wasn't at all what I expected. I ordered the country fried steak meal through door dash & it was very bland. Idk what they sent but it definitely didn't look like country fried steak! I called & spoke with the manager Brad & he didn't seem concerned about my complaint. He told me to take it up with door dash. Did I mention the first time I called, they left me on hold for 10 minutes & no one ever came to the phone! I'll never order from here again

Ordered dinner on Sunday night (5-15-22) on the phone because once again the app won't work. The lady who took my order seemed aggregated she had to take my order. I get to the restaurant on time to only have to wait longer. The last five (5) times we have ordered they have messed it up. This time was no different. They missed my 1 years entire veggie plate. My wife's dessert was also missing. When I was able to locate an employee wondering the store area and informed them of the problem I was told everything I ordered was in the bag. My 10 years old Barrel burger ended up undercooked. They finally got use the rest of my order. I asked to speak to the manager but they were busy in the kitchen. This is not somewhere I will be returning to anytime soon.

Terrible service. We made reservations online, got there and was seated within 15 minutes.. so that was great!! But when we got to our table, our waitress came, took our drink order, brought us our drinks, took our lunch order and never came back. We didn’t see her for 45-50 minutes. We started questioning things and asked a different waitress to see a manager. Manager came, talked to us in a quiet, non-professional manner and went back to get our food within 5 minutes and we asked for it to go. We no longer will be going back.

We stopped in for breakfast, seated promptly. Our drink order was taken as we sat and our drinks arrived shortly after. We ordered a Uncle Herschel’ Favorite with fried chicken. Our food was good, cooked just as we ordered. Our waitress took good care of us, she kept our drinks topped off.Overall, we enjoyed our breakfast.

we waited an hour for our food and by the time it got to our table it was cold. the eggs, chicken, and pancakes were all cold. the only positive was our server jane. she was very attentive and polite

Visited on 2 April. Worst experience I’ve had at a Cracker Barrel in ages. No bread at the beginning of the meal. Took twenty minutes to be greeted by the server and she took orders at the same time. She didn’t visit our table again until after our order was brought out by someone else and then we had to specifically ask for refills and condiments. Plates were hot, food was lukewarm, pancakes were borderline burnt and scrambled eggs weren’t cooked through. At checkout, when I was asked how our visit was and I told the guy it was the worst experience I had in ages, he said, “I’m sorry to hear that.” No attempt to make it right at all. From anyone.There are too many other places for breakfast. Go to them instead.

I would definitely recommend

Took 30 minutes to get my food. I think that because we were the only Hispanics there . Also the waitress with the undercut did not want to attend us at all. Manager seemed annoyed of us because we simply told him the hot chocolate was plain. Food was great and the server that attended us in the end was great his name is Daniel. Don’t get me wrong I myself am a waitress and I would at least apologize for the wait or try my best to make it up but that waitress with the undercut is unacceptable .

All of it. Love the store, but teach kinds to all the works, they all are working for the same things. Be kind to all and help, were needed if you have a new worker help were needed We all are under pressure, but if you want to keep works Be kind….oh my niece just started so I know But I know the pressure, but kindness goes along way
