I have never managed to go to this location without them being out of something I wanted(literally every time) and the staff just makes excuses as too why certain things are out even though other locations have it. It really sucks too because I love chipotle but I guess I’ll drive to another location or just go to the competition instead….
Warning! I got food poisoning from this location last Saturday.My husband and I were fasting and this was our only meal for the day. I ordered through grubhub pickup, got there and they didn’t have my order. Waited another 15 minutes for them to fulfill order. Started eating and felt like the burrito tasted a little sour. I was pretty hungry and just shrugged it off. My husbands wasn’t very good but didn’t taste sour. Well, after talking to him about it (we both got the same burrito), realized his was missing the corn. No big deal until the next day. I have had to miss now 3 days of work from extreme food poisoning. I wouldn’t typically write such a negative review but this is terrible. I worked in the restaurant biz for 15 years and have never been sick from a restaurant. I will be contacting management as well. I’m hoping they improve and also will never be eating at this location again.
Missing menu items, slow service, and negative/uncaring employees. My expectations for fast food are extremely low, but this was the worst Chipotle I've been to by far, and was much worse than the other alternative fast food locations in the general area. I'd suggest going somewhere else nearby. They only got 2 stars because they had edible food, and the cashier was polite. As others stated, they were out of veggies when I went too. The person in front of me ordered the carnitas and it looked more like soup than meat. The 2 employees serving my food looked miserable, and I felt bad for them, but they should keep that to themselves and not openly be so negative. Honestly this location should either get new management to fix these problems or have corporate step in to assist since it makes their brand look bad. Overall I'll still be going to Chipotle, but not this location.
Took forever to go through line. Manager has a real bad attitude got my change and said no coins sorry. Don’t eat here ever.
Queso blanco (white) was anything but. Super thick and had obviously been sitting there since God knows when. You could scoop it with a fork and it wouldn’t drip. The steak was swimming in grease which made our quesadillas super soggy and swimming in grease. Like other reviews before me the staff seemed put out to have to deal with the public. The dining room was an absolute mess at 3:00. Good all over the floor. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt figuring they probably had a busy lunch rush but all staff but 2 were in the back just hanging out while the other two begrudgingly assisted the public. Most all of the sofa was out and no ice in the machine. We hadn’t visited a Chipotle in years and likely won’t again.
The worst and Chipotle is the worst franchise with no live customer support. My delivery order missed the entire entree plus side the side item but Chipotle likes taking my money in full. Stupid AI support gave me credit when I wanted refund. You cannot call anyone in store and the franchise.This isn't the first time but it sure will be the last.Why would you spend money for support that is missing?
This store is maintained very bad, from last 7 or 8 months I’ve been there 10 times, 8 times they won’t have veggies. Every time they say out of stock, ridiculous. This time went there at 8 pm they don’t have guacamole also. What is the point of maintaining a restaurant? No manager to talk, but they charge same amount even though, main ingredients are not there.
Horribly managed store with employees having zero direction. It’s obvious their preferred transaction are to-go orders and they let everyone in store stand waiting for other orders to be filled. No sense of pride in customer service! They will completely abandon the food line and disappear in the back while customers stand there confused! This corporation has no problem raising prices and never settling for less profit margins yet willingly forego service in their pursuit. The GM should probably show face and not let the evening crew go up in flames every night while he/she only works day time shifts.
I wish I could rate this place negative stars. Every time I come to this chipotle I am extremely disappointed. Whenever I place an online order, there is always something missing! ALWAYS!! Tonight I picked up my usual order and they did not add guacamole, cheese, or pico to my bowl. It was literally just a bowl of rice, meat, and lettuce. It’s extremely frustrating because on the order label placed on the lid it clearly states all the ingredients! Additionally, guacamole costs extra and they always forget it! It’s no surprise that the ratings for this location are low. I will never return to this location again, I’m tired of being ripped off every single time.
The worst Chipotle location I’ve been to! For the last 6 months, every single time I stop by, they are out of veggies! No matter what time of day it is or what day of the week. Every single time it’s the same excuse. “We are experiencing a shortage right now.” Somehow no other Chipotle location is experiencing such a shortage! ? Some days when I’m really craving Chipotle, I make the drive down to either exit 11 or even exit 9. Those locations have all their ingredients, consistently.
