I visited this restaurant after many years with family. Good food and not so great ambience. Tables are close by and restaurant is bit noisy than I thought.
I had not eaten at Chili's in few years and thought I would give thrm a try. I like to treat myself by eating out twice a week so I pick one my favorite places and one I do not frequent. It was after normal dinner time rush and when I went in thete was no line and no host or hostess. After about 5 minutes a girl approached and asked me how many in my party. I said just me and she said "OHH" just you. She proceeded to sit me and waiting another five minutes before server came. I ordered sweet tea to drink and when he brought it yet another 5 minutes I was ready to order. O got Mushroom Swiss Burger and when it got to me it was barely warm and sloppy looking falling apart. A toothpick holding it together would have been nice. The fries were cold and soggy. That will be my last time there. Being a former cook I would have never sent thsy food out.
Overall our dining experience was good. The only issue we had was we were not asked to show proof of age when purchasing alcohol. Besides that the food was good. I'd recommend going during the week instead of peak times on the weekends
The shrimp tacos were good, except the shrimp was incredibly overcooked. The salad was good, but very small. Overall pricey for value.
Curbside. I was super frantic today trying to get a lot done for someone who had surgery and I didn't want to get her order wrong. Angie (or possibly Ashley?), I'm so sorry I forgot which is your name. You were so patient with me. It was 7:45pm Saturday, Feb 12, 2022 so hopefully that tells your boss who you are. I want you to get kudos for how kind you were.
Horrible! Two of us went to have dinner together we ordered together,(same thing), his came, I told him after awhile to go ahead so his food would not get cold. After another long while he had finished his meal. I looked around for our waitress, finally I stood up to get our waitresses attention to inquire about my meal. She informed me it was coming. Getting more frustrated with another long wait I stood up again to get her attention I told her I was starting to get frustrated she ask me if I wanted her to cancel my order. Not wanting to make my friend go to another restaurant to sit and watch me order and eat we chose to wait. She then told me they messed up my order and had to start over! No offer of another soda or anything. This was my last meal there because we will never return!
Just another trip to a solid dinner joint! Got in about 5:15PM so we were a little ahead of most of the dinner rush. We were seated immediately and greeted by a server. As usual, he was very polite and attentive even though he appeared to have several concurrent tables. The Three for $10 (well, $10.99 now) was what everyone got. The burger is still one of the best and my girls love the Cajun Chicken Pasta. It's enough for dinner AND to take some home for a snack or light lunch the next day. We will be back over and over!
I love chili's but the service is rushed these days. I know there are staff shortages, but I don't typically like for my appetizer, salads and entrees to come out at the same time. We ended up having to take our entrees to go, because we felt so rushed to get through our meal. We were in and out in 30 minutes and we really should've been there for at least an hour. I'm hoping the next time we go that the service will be better timed when it comes to the food.
It has been a while since I came here with family. Lunch was great. The food was delicious but the portion was small due to the current inflation.
Great experience the waiter was awesome. Will definitely be back
