I have heard about this place from a friend. It was a clean establishment with very personable staff. Chicken salad was good, tasted fresh. Ready to go back and try a different sandwich.
The quality of the food here has been steadily declining since opening but now the service is gone too. 7/8/22 at 6:45pm, 7 customers in the store including my party of 3. 9 employees working yes, 9! well, not working but behind the counter. Couldn't manage to make 3 sandwiches of pre-prepared chicken salad in 28 minutes. It makes me so mad when a restaurant forces me to demand my money back because then I look like the bad guy. Fortunately, a new restaurant is opening next door, so I won't be returning.
I doordash. A lot of the staff is very friendly, a few will look straight at you and not acknowledge you or even smile. One girl was giving me visibly dirty looks and I felt uncomfortable with that. A lot of people order from here so I assume the food is good! The restaurant was clean.

Order with caution -- placed an order with Uber Eats (lemon basic chicken salad sandwich with lettuce and tomato) and suffered horrible food poisoning last week. Assistant Manager was quick to get me on the phone but I have not heard a follow up since - after e-mail twice this week.
I order from door dash today at 11 am for a 12 drop off and the store was under staff and running 2 hrs behind. They continued to accept online orders with 2 employees running a store, with about 30 people standing in line. No information was sent to online orders as to why there was a delay. This is a problem when the store is short staffed and people only get so long for lunch. I drove to the store to find out where my food was, this is when I found out there is only 2 people working. If the store is short staffed do not allow online orders to be placed. Chicken salad chicks profits are not more important than the mental health of its already short staff. The manager was as helpful as could be given the circumstances. I love Chicken salad chick but I do not think I will be a customer again. If you only have 2 employees do not accept online orders. This causes unneeded stress on patron and employee. I feel bad for Matt (manager) and his staff today. Please do better Chicken salad chick.

This has become my new favorite lunch spot! My daughter (College Age) introduced this place to me and it is such a cute little restaurant and the food is super tasty. I've been a few times now and each time I have tried something different. All have been wonderful! Friendly staff, food comes out super fast, super fresh and prices are fair for what you get. Sandwiches are pretty thick and very filling! I highly recommend!
