Great, great, great service! Rhett went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic! Came here after a botched dinner at a different restaurant at the Collections for milkshakes to turn the night around for my 3 munchkins and man do the employees here know great customer service! There’s a reason why they are always so busy. Thanks for turning our night around!
This place is disgusting to say the least. Trash cans are over flowing and people are just leaving trash on the tables. The staff is not keeping the dining area, register area or what I can see in the kitchen is horrible. There are other pictures and corporate will be notified today. Bathroom as well is horrible. Never ever have I ever seen a chil fil a like this. One of the team leaders had walked pass this table pictures 5 times and hadn’t even tried to pick up the trash. Just looks at it and keeps walking. Another worker wipes off 2 tables around this one and just walked off. What the heck kinda Chik fil a is this!!!!!! Along with 5 employee just hanging out at a table outside shooting the breeze. Really????? This plenty of work that needs to be had here.
I typically have no issues with this location but person at the drive thru didn't seem to care about my order and didn't tell me which car to follow. Also, the fries were soggy and flavorless, had to ask for a straw as well. The chicken was great as always though.
Usually great experience but today my order was not correct and everyone seemed confused. Also the lady outside of window opened up my sandwich to see if it was correct.
Disgusted and disappointed. My husband and I are vegetarians and ordered a VEGGIE WRAP, loud and clear and was given a chicken/turkey wrap where my husband had already taken a huge bite. Luckily, he didn't consume it and spit it out. Point is, RESPECT the customers' request for there are many whom are vegetarians/vegans. Employee's name was Tanner. Although we were offered a free meal, that's besides the point to our personal/spiritual beliefs and this went against that. No "free meal" can fix that issue.
My chicken was not good. Haven't had a sandwich from there that was not good. It appeared to have been microwaved as the bun was so dried out & tough.
What an amazing experience. Kudos to the staff. The delivery address was not in the system. It kept giving me an error. Called the restaurant and the staff member checked with me on her phone why the address was not connecting with the app. It sure was not adding the address.The employee spoke to the manager to discuss she told me to order as if I was at the restaurant. I had mentioned I can’t leave my office because I have meetings all day and we were short handed.They manually added it as a delivery and brought lunch to a hungry man in 10 minutes before my lunch break was over. AGAIN BEFORE MY LUNCH BREAK WAS OVER the food was here. The person who brought the food was courteous and the food bag was closed well with a sticker.PS: Everyone at the restaurant need a 10% raise. Chick-fil-A corporate office - they deserve it and they went out of the way to help.
I love Chick-fil-A. I have never had one bad experience. Their employees are always very kind and represent Christ in each experience that I've had.
Continuously disappointed with this location. Fries cold and undercooked. Pretty sure they used the smaller breakfast chicken filet on my club. One of the tomato slices was larger than the filet. CFA standards are being overlooked here, even the basic “my pleasure” is absent. Go to another location.
Always busy but super friendly staff.
