Good food and neat experience. Good prices too! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it's not exactly the best for take out. It would be better in the restaurant.
Average at best. Can't recommend them over 5 guys, Culver's, VB or anybody else really except your low end fast food. The service was fine and timely. Food under whelming
Placed order online, easy, really disappointed in our two sandwiches! The cook overcooked the burger, taste like SHOE LEATHER, requested Medium Rare. Chicken was completely overcooked, so dry. Requested Wheat Bun, received white bun. The cook looked like he was 17, obviously hasn't the experience to cook correctly. Need to get the kid off the grill! The two working in the front were both smiling, friendly, pleasant personalities.
10/10 experience from the moment we walked in. Dallas provided exceptional customer service ! He made sure we had everything we needed and more. Will be back for sure !
First time at Cheeseburger Bobby’s and it was a good visit. The burger was cooked well and the topping options were plentiful… and to top it off- the Concrete dessert was a treat! Definitely will be looking for other locations!
Great customer service from the staff here. Dallas was awesome from the start. Since they burnt one of my chicken tenders they gave me 3 fresh ones. 10/10 experience
Stopped by today for a Chili dog and was very impressed with the service, and the food. It had been a while since I have been in because I stopped going there when covid hit. I got a Chili Cheese dog and fries to go and it was fantastic. The gentleman manning the grill (w/ the pony tail) was spot on and doing a great job. My expectations were that they pile the chili on and make a huge mess like most places usually do but to my surprise the chili and the cheese were both in their own containers for me to put on just how I like it. Fries were great and the drink was cold. Good job guys. I'll be back soon for one of your fabulous burgers. Burger on bros... \m/
Fries tasted like they were fried twice in the oil(crunchy and hollow on the inside), the meat on the cheeseburger was overly salty and had an unusual texture( couldn’t eat it). We essentially threw $30 in the trash. It was was dark, dingy, and dirty on the inside and overpriced for what you get.
Ordered a combo through Uber eats should have been cheeseburger with fries and lettuce tomato and onions. Ketchup and mayo on the side. This is what was delivered…highly disappointed. Just paid $18 for this
incredibly good the bread the sauces all together is an explosion in the mouth. Definitely one of my favorite hamburgers. ?
