The food was very beautifully made and delicious. It’s a great place for healthier options and affordable pricing. $10 can get you a bowl with more than enough food. The staff did great jobs!
I like the place and service. But quantity and quality of the food can be better.You go to Cava to experience authentic Mediterranean food, but I personally thought that you have very similar food at Chipotle, with only a small twist and a fraction of cost. Don't know my expectations are high but after eating at Aviva by Kameel or Jerusalem bakery kind of places I will rate this place not that great.

Cava when it first opened was so good and I was going a couple times a week. Portion size was good, food all tasted fresh, and staff were nice. The last 3 times I went they significantly reduced the portion of just about everything, including the rice and protein. When you ask for a little more aka a reasonable amount, they say it’s an up charge. They significantly reduced portion sizes and cut back on how much meat they give since opening which is disappointing. Great food, but I’m not going to eat there anymore due to portion sizes. If I’m paying $12 I shouldn’t leave hungry every time. Some rude staff there too who get mad when you ask for extra rice.
I’ve been here 4 times and haven’t been disappointed once. I’ve gotten dine in and take out. Service has been quick and the food has been delicious with fresh ingredients. Love the concept and being able to select the base, meats, toppings and dressings to my liking each time. I really enjoy coming here and will continue to tell all my friends and family!
I have to say, I’m honestly shocked. I had been telling my mom how amazing the food at Cava is. But the staff, not so much. My mother asked some questions about how she could order and the young girl who was at the beginning of the line was externally rude. Rolled her eyes, huffing and puffing all due to a couple of questions. Customer service must be addressed here. Food however was delicious, and fresh. The guy who checked us out was very nice and accommodating after dealing with the young girls attitude. I would say I’d come back, but only for the food.
Yummy food, need better signage for the choices since curated bowls are flexible. Having enough ingredients for dinner hour would be nice. Was tasty
Took us a while to figure out the menu. Almost left. Once we figured out what we should order, we were so glad we stayed. My son said it was like a Mediterranean Moe's.Been here a couple of times before. Tonight was not a good visit. Seems like every time we go, they charge us something different. Tonight everything seemed extra. Bill was almost $50 for three us . Last time it was $38ish. Ordered pretty much the same thing. This will probably be our last trip. I guess they got a few extra dollars from us, but lost a customer.
We typically love Cava! This particular online order was extremely well below par. All three meals was just about inedible. The rice was barely present due to the fact is was either raw or so old and dried up. We worried for the safety of our teeth. The toppings were so minuscule (1 olive, 1 pickle, a few kernels of corn) and we received about three pieces of chicken for our protein. Most toppings were just left off altogether. It was almost comical that someone would actually make three bowls this pathetic. I noticed a significant decline in quality on my last visit and this order was the icing on the cake. Sorry, Cava, this location has lost me as a customer. California Cavas-we miss you.
Tried Cava for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant and it’s unique Mediterranean inspired menu. The preset menu is pretty limited but the options are endless as you can mix and match to build your perfect bowl or pita. I went with the Greek Salad which was delicious. The only con is the various topping options are not on the overhead menu, there is no QR code and there were no paper copies so it was a tad frustrating as a first time customer. They do offer a loyalty program. The food was tasty enough that I did download the app to participate in future savings. If you’re in the area, I would suggest giving this place a try!
