The crew there is amazing I have become to know a couple of the workers. I go in a lot and Amanda, Keva, and Kayla they are on top of everything they know my order because I go in a lot but it's nice to know good people who are handling food.
This Burger King is my favorite location. The food is made fresh and accurately. The staff is friendly. The manager is professional and a great example to his employees. It is such a pleasure every time we dine there. Thank you!

6/11/22 I've personally never had a bad experience, but when my mom went there at about 9:45, it was totally different for her. (She walked to the drive thru window as the inside was closed) My order was written in a text message to my mom, and when she showed the message to the older man that was taking orders, he claimed to not know/understand what was written (a ChKing Deluxe Sandwich and a cheeseburger. I received the normal ChKing sandwich and a cheeseburger) My mom does not speak English well, and I'm unsure if she was discriminated against because of it. Overall, bad attitude and pretty rude. Super super disappointed in our local BK. Will no longer be going there.
Ordered the chicken fries and to simply put it they were inedible. Once I have up on eating them, I tried to give them to my dog and even he wouldn’t eat them. Just bad.
Never in my life have I felt so unwanted as a customer. the manger was disgusted that I walked in and order. he walked away 3 times when I was placing my order saying he needs to focus on my order and got mad when I told him the meal I wanted was large and to add cheese. if I could give no star's I would. I'm not going to that store again.
I'm not exactly sure who the female is that manages during the daytime but she is quite frankly the worst leader I've ever seen in the fast food Restaurant business. First off the individualThat was at the counter didn't even acknowledge or greet me when I came into the door which is not really a problem he just looked at me in my face and expected me to speak firstI also got the impression that he was ill-trained and very rude...after about 15 min of waiting for my COLD nuggets..the manager looked up from the line and stopped eating her food, which is completely against health code regulations, and grab the bag and layed it on the counter with no remose yet chock-full of bigotry disrespect and disdain. I have Come to realize through conversations with colleagues who reside in that area that this behavior is not unfamiliar..I will never eat again.besides the one across town is much better...
Come on BK! No receipts available for 3 days now. Place your order, anxiously pickup your order then drive home to confusion. Order incorrect, again?!?!? These kids should be trained to focus and to take their jobs seriously. What a shame!!!
Music as painfully loud. It was soooo loud that my wife took our children back outside to prevent hearing loss while I waited for the food.The wait to order was extremely long considering that no one was waiting ahead of us. No one employed there seemed to care that a family was waiting to order. They were unfriendly if not uncaring. Someone I took as the manager finally took our order and shuffled off.Food was less than okay. The burgers are getting smaller, but the big shock was the French fries. Not hot, seemed stale, no taste.You're better off going into Publix and getting fresh food from their deli. Burger King in Coal Mountain should be considered unfit for peasants.Food gets 1 star. Atmosphere gets a 0 rating. Staff Friendliness gets a 0 rating. Wait gets a 0 star rating.
Went through the drive through for my kids. My daughter ordered a whopper Jr and received an over sauced, what I assume, Chicken sandwich. We tried calling several times and either no answer or hung up on. Disappointed that they won't even respond to make it right.
