Honestly love Brusters because it’s delicious and they have endless flavors. I honestly also HATE Brusters because how the H E L L are you going to advertise numerous of mouth-watering flavors on your website and don’t have the flavor? This is the third time my mom has picked Brusters up on her way home from work from her busy schedule for the family and I choose different flavors each time because they’re always out. DON’T advertise things when you don’t have it!!! Common sense in marketing and sales.And don't respond like you're killing me with kindness because I see that's how you've responded to some people but it's also very backhanded. "We work our tails off but it's wonderful weather!". I work customer service and I get it, but when people are upset, you sympathize with them, you don't make people feel worse.Reply to comment: Where else would I look? I look on your ACTUAL website. I don't want to email you, stop responding! If you're going to respond to the bad comments, respond to the good comments too! Don't just keep your rep up from bad comments, it shows a lot more by how much you should already appreciate those giving you high reviews.
Drove 12 hours to get this ice cream.. Arrived at 9:45pm stood in line and exactly 10pm the staff said we are closed and goodbye!! Even though 13 more people are still waiting in line since 9:45pm.. We should of been served because of waiting in line since 9:45pm.. terrible service never again will go to my local Carl's Ice Cream store which probably is better..in Illinois

Vegan options are good. Wish they had vegan icecream cakes and vegan flavors at all locations
Online shows a different time. At the window they aren't open. We drove quite a while to get their ice cream. Perhaps keep up with your online presence as that is so important in this day and age. So disappointed. Will not bother to make the trip back. lazy business.

I remember when one of the first Bruster's opened in Duluth 25 years ago. They are still producing consistently good ice cream. Very dependable flavors. They now have vegan/dairy free flavors. Being a foodie, I would love to see a monthly featured Artisanal flavor - maybe, Strawberry Black Peppercorn with Dark Chocolate Bits.
