I order a grilled chicken sandwich combo with an extra side. I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes due to none were ready. My sides were cajon beans and coleslaw. Later I was told no one made coleslaw today. There was plenty of staff on hand but they didn’t seem interested in running a restaurant. I’m not coming back.
Very very slow service. Here for soccer tournament this weekend and made the mistake of going back to this Bo jangle the second day.Ordered $22.68 food. All the teas were small cups. Had no medium cups.No Tea refills on the counterGave us Bo rounds instead of fries. The little pregnant girl with the ponytail said that come with the comb Bo. Not in my bojangles where I live. I get fries with my combos and the service is great. You might want to retrain this store. There were 12 customers waiting for food with me this morning.
I came in this morning and the man at the window with the tattoos and the tear drop underneath his eye was the kindest person I have ever dealt with in a drive through. He needs to be recognized for his outstanding calm demeanor and kindness that he had. I sadly did not catch his name.I want to thank him for making my morning.
I was excited the other day to see that they are back to normal business hours after struggling with staffing shortages. I ordered a 12 piece family meal and love that they give the option for all dark meat. I was told it would be 20 minutes to accommodate my request, so I pulled forward and enjoyed some peaceful reading while I waited. The manager who took my payment was warm and friendly. And when my order came out, she explained that they made everything fresh since I had to wait. All of our food was piping hot and delicious, even after a 30 minute drive home.
Bojangles has always been the standard for a good biscuit from a chain restaurant and that means even more here in the south. But over the last year they have become just another biscuit! dry, flat and even tasteless at times. I believe it is limited to this location and out of love for the original standard will continue to try periodically. Bojangles! You can do better. Get my biscuit back on track.
We went through the long waiting line to spend 20.00 dollars and they forgot to give us the large Dr. Pepper that was ordered and paid for. Called as soon as we noticed and was told just to stop back by and pick it up. Stopped back by the next morning ordered another 15.00 dollars and shared we were wanting to pick up that large Dr. Pepper and we were told NO, they didn't know anything about it because we didn't know the managers name. Excuse me she didn't tell us her name and they never hand out receipt. Very displeased. I personally will not be back.
It was fine. The food is ok. My biggest gripe is that, while the rest of the world has begun opening its doors, this location continues to only open the drive-thru. They are the only restaurant of its price range around that still won't allow dine in. They were the first to start it, and apparently, they'll be the last to return to normal. Sitting in line in the drive-thru for a half hour isn't worth it for their food or anyone else's for that matter.
It's fast food chicken, so good for fast food and very polite staff. Only real problem is this particular store is as slow as mollasus in January. You will often see a large wrap around line, this is due to how slow it is.
Sat in line for over an hour and they still screwed up my order and the line was backed up past dunkin. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional I will never ever ever go back there again. Only reason I sat there as long as I did was because of my pregnant wife craving bojangles
the service was good but the food could have been a bit better the biscuits were a bit over done not as light and fluffy as normal but still good food
